The room were impeccably clean and provided freshness. The staffs also demonstrated hospitality and very attentive, even during breakfast, they proactively approach my niece to offer a cotton candy. Their breakfast menu were offered variety of menu, with inclusion of both traditional and international menu.

The lift is too limited (only 2). During the check out time, it took almost 15 minutes to get available lift to go to the basement.

The bathroom shower area that is only covered by half-sized shower curtains causing wet floors all over when taking shower. Also parking area too tight and hard for manouvering cars. Also when you loose a room card key there is a monetary fine of Rp50k each. Room reservations including Breakfast should include cappuccinos for free

Staffs are very polite, most helpful, and quick to action. Very well trained. They tried to make up for the room with complimentary afternoon tea, and I appreciate the gesture. Thank you very much.

Rooms reeks of smoking odour. Staffs very helpful trying to put in air freshener and stuffs but the smell still lingers. Pricewise relatively high considering the accomodation Breakfast offers wide varieties but, sorry to say,the taste and textures are not on point. (Mac n cheese a bit burnt, fried rice salty, some part of white rice a bit not cooked, spaghetti bland, etc) only SOTO is excellent.

It’s a unique property that doesn’t have a lobby that’s accesible to everyone so it’s safer. It’s a comfy clean and rather small hotel located in the heart of Semarang, only 100m from Sri Ratu! Very well managed, the food is good, the staffs are nice, the room is squeaky clean and wonderful

For the first time,The access to the hotel is quite difficult (small road). Because googlemaps and waze direct to small road. After we know, we can easily get the hotel via jalan gajah mada

The room, the facilities is so so, lobby atmosphere, the services.

You need to upgrade your parking lot. Its to small. Its hard to park your car if you get back late. And the lift cannot reach the basement. Its very unpracticed. Its not easy for you to bring old people or bunch of stuff.

Location, efficient n friendly.

The breakfast was too much. No need sushi n fettuccine. Local food is enough. Of course for foreigners, bread, eggs, jams, etc are necessary. Since it's in Indonesia, a special nasi goreng is important.

Position of the hotel is good. It is close to the mall, then Toko Oen, then Loenpia Mbak Lien, then also walking distance to Soto Bokoran that is delicious. Room is big enough & clean. I did not try the Breakfast as I went to have breakfast outside.
