Clean and well located to the airport makes this a good base for a quick overnighter in Surabaya. The restaurant is good and not too expensive and the breakfast was good too :) Nice that it has a pool and the airport shuttle was very useful (though expected it to be more regular than every hour)

Obviously the fact that it's an airport hotel means there isn't much around there, but that's not the hotel's fault! The pool is right outside some people's rooms so it felt a bit exposed to me, but regardless nice to have!

The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a free service shuttle. The staff is very friendly and the service is general is optimal. The kitchen is good and offers a great variety of choice, both Indonesian and Asian in general and more Western.

The breakfast was a rich buffet, with many Asian options. On the contrary, the Western options were limited and when something finished, they didn't refill it. Anyway, great breakfast!

The location is close to the airport, which is great for an early flight. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, although they are quite small. The wi fi works well.

We waited more than an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, although the hotel did apologise profusely and sent us a fruit basket to make up for the inconvenience. We would have preferred to be informed if something came up, as we know it does happen, so that we could make alternative arrangements.

Great location with free airport shuttle. Hotel was clean and free breakfast had a wide variety of selections. The restaurant service was excellent. Ika Desiya was very kind, polite, and gave us exceptional service. We will stay here again if we are in Surabaya.

The hotel is great value. My only suggestion is a wifi extender for end rooms as the wifi signal gets faint.

Very close to the airport with excellent shuttle service which is free. Hotel and rooms are exceptional and staff so pleasant and helpful, especially Fajar who always greeted us with a big smile and couldn't do enough to help. Only disappointment was no balcony but it's not a big deal.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

We love the staff they are very nice, kind and helpfull. They always give us warm smile and feel so safe. The room was clean, comfy and quite big for family of 4. Love this hotel and will absolutely come back to stay here again.

It just missing the gym. It will be so much better if it has a gym eventhough just with set of dumbells and one treadmill.

Everything is perfect. Hotel locate nearby Surabaya airport. It is very clean, staffs are excellent service. Breakfast is very best. Great value to stay.

we missed free shuttle service in the morning, reception informed that it was full. We must go to the airport by taxi. but the the cost of taxi meter is very low about 37,000 IDR.

- actually none. Would we have stayed longer I assume it would be too far away from the Surabaya sights (if there are any) -> perfect airport overnight stay

Only one thing that there is no Gym room

Huge buffet breakfast with some interesting options. The beds were very comfy and the room was modern and clean. Didn’t use the pool but it looked good. Good for airport transit
