Best location , very close to airport and shopping mall and many shops , Excellent place with 24 hour access , very clean and modern with excellent breakfast and dining room , very comfortable bed ., excellent hot water

very minor things , the shower needs a hand held shower hose instead of a shower head that points in an angle to the corner of the shower room , The toaster in the breakfast room needs replacing as it was not working properly and the breakfast although many choices , the choices may not suit anyone as they were mostly all Asian style meals

The hotel is nice, considering the location - fairly well taken care of - is well designed, room are what you would expect, not too spacey, but enough for a 1 or 2 night stay :) The staff was very nice, although, they spoke very little English. We're used to locals in Raja Ampat not speaking English, we were expecting basic conversations with hotel staff.

The room was not well cleaned - we had to go through it and wipe some food stains off the table, clear some dead mosquitos, etc - the cleaning felt a bit rushed and the bed sheets were really old.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and they offer airport transfers for 100k. The rooms match the photos, though we did encounter some stains on our linen. After we complained, they promptly changed it. Breakfast starts early, which is great for catching early flights.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, aiding us to find places that we wanted to go, and we appreciated being able to hire a car/driver by the hour. The room was comfortable, and the location near the airport was great for our early morning flight.

The base rate for a ride to the airport was the same as for a ride downtown, but the airport is very close, which made the rate seem excessive.

Compared to the prices n other hotels in Sorong, it was nice, clean with good breakfast. The location is awful like the whole of Sorong. Do not leave the hotel! There is nothing to see. The airport is 500 meters away but they charge you 100.ooo rupias.

Booking.com did not say or did not emphasise that the booking was not payed foe so it was nore than a surprise when I was told to pay. For safety reasons, I do not carry a credit card n was glad I had enough cash to pay.

Early check-in, hot showers, location close to the airport. Next door to seafood/fish restaurant. Allows Grab and Maxim taxis to pick up from the Hotel.

Big plush comfortable beds, very close proximity to the airport, ferry to Waisai, and a large local supermarket. Cafe on site with delicious meals. Extra helpful staff when arranging transfers and shopping trips! I stayed twice in as many weeks.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good services (breakfast, information, massages etc). It’s very close to the airport, so extremely convenient for travellers, also near a small mall and a fish restaurant. Rooms were nice, bright and large enough.

Excellent location to stay if you need to be near the airport as it’s a very close distance and the hotel can organise a driver for you. Rooms were clean, neat and tidy and had all of the amenities we needed for a one night stay prior to departing Sorong.

We were unable to purchase a beer at the cafe and the breakfast options were limited.
