Very comfortable stay before a next day flight. Note: this is on the domestic terminal side. For international departures, a taxi/gojek is needed to get to the international terminal on the other side of the airport.

Great location if you have an early flight out of the illustrious DOMESTIC TERMINAL 1 of Juanda Airport. Located between the departure and arrival halls up the escalator (Google maps shows it somewhere else). Walk right to your departure after checkout. Very simple room.

All ok, just remember; for DOMESTIC TERMINAL 1. Not Int'l Terminal 2.

Everything was top notch, and exactly as advertised. The room, the capsule bathroom, the hallways, everything was very clean. I only bathed twice, but, there was a constant flow of hot water during both. Sheets and pillows were very clean. The best thing is the peace of mind that comes with staying in a hotel like this. I came to know of a free shuttle service which takes traveler from the domestic terminal (where the hotel is located) to the international terminal. That was an added bonus.

The breakfast. I took the room which had complimentary breakfast, however, in spite of having a buffet area, the breakfast was provided in a box (I had breakfast at around 6:30 AM). And the food was very bad. The chicken tasted stale. I did not have the food lest my stomach gets ill during my flight. Also, this might be asking for more than required, but, having drip coffee instead of the bad tea would have been a much better option. ALSO: brighter lights in the room would have been nice. The ambient lighting was very pleasant, but, having a few more lights, or brighter lights would have been nicer.

I relaly like the room, super clean, everything function well the shower the toilet. They also has room service for food and spa massage treatment. Sadly I was just staying a night so i could not try those offers. But i will definitely back next time if i stay in Surabaya. The breakfast was also tasty. Bed so comfortable, the airco works well. Everything is good

A bit noisy eventhough this hotel has tried best to tell people to silent it was written on the door in every room. They put cute sleepy and silent stickers. However i could sleep so well eventhough at the beginning was a bit noice.

Free shutter service was provided by Hotel, as the old shutter service by airport was terminated after COVID-19.

Could have informed guest earlier that the airport provide free shutter service from T2 to T1 so that I did not have to spend extra on taxi. My 2nd time staying here. The first time I was given room with view to the run way. This time I was told that I need to pay extra for the view. I was given a window with view to a roof.

perfect location for travellers, especially when your next days flight is early in the morning Of course it is a budget hotel and rooms are small, but to stay for one night to catch the next day early morning flight it is perfect. Also because you save 2x taxi hassle, to and from hotel.

Breakfast is outside hotel in previous independent restaurant, now part of the hotel. The food was really not good, but the excuse was that it was just opened under management of Ibis hotel. Perhaps it will improve ( as they promised ) and I will check next time, because for sure I will stay again in this Ibis. If you are unlucky your room will be at the end of the two veery long corridors....

The way the manager to solve my complaint for the out of electricity (it is shut down in the midnight an never coming back).

When I complained to the front desk by room phone for the out of electricity, they didn't reply immediately. Just ask me wait and wait, and wait ……for more than half hour. Only when I go to them (with angry) and ask the manager to come, then they take the problem seriously. I suggest, their staff need more training, and the infrastructure need to constantly maintains. It's terrible to sleep in a room without electricity and no air condition in Indonesia.

The facilities are 2 star, this is true. But what makes this a 5-star stay are the staff. They are exceptional in their help and support. I needed colour printing, they were able to help me. I needed to get to Terminal 2 the next morning, they were able to find someone to transport and help with my luggage. The security staff helped me lug 4 suitcases up and down the escalator. Even at breakfast, the staff were helpful to get utensils or encourage us all to eat. The staff are amazing, and you are lucky to have them - treat them well!

Nothing to complain about - it's simple and you get a good sleep there. Easy access to fly off the next day.

Well situated at the domestic airport - easy to get to and close to food. As long as you dont mind a 10 minute taxi ride to get to the international airport this is excellent value for mone
