Such a beautiful resort with lovely staff and amazing wellness. We stayed two nights but since we only were at the resort that was enough for us. The highlight was the wellness treatment I got with a coconut bath in front of our riverfront suite so my husband and daughter could join. It was amazing! The food in the plant based restaurant was also very good. The yoga class in the morning was nice as well. Very comfortable beds.

The baby chair was made of fabric so after we've had 6 meals in the restaurant it was very dirty. I advised them to get another baby chair which is easier to clean ;)

This is an exceptional location and resort. The treatments and facilities are amazing. Lovely food, ( and lots of it) and some of the best sleepI've ever had. Will definitely return

Whilst enjoying vegan food, I'm not 100% vegan. Looking at the website in advance the only picture of the food was a salad type dish, I really expected to be hungry during my stay. Incredibly surprised by the food once there. Just a suggestion that maybe there should be images of more of the type of dishes that you serve? If I wasn't attending a wedding there it might have put me off booking?

We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel, with exceptional treatments that left us relaxed and pampered. The selection of healthy juices provided a refreshing start to our days. The spacious room surpassed our expectations, and the outdoor shower added a luxurious touch. The well-equipped gym met all our fitness needs. The staff was friendly, attentive, and offered valuable local recommendations. The meticulously maintained garden created a serene oasis for relaxation.

We personally found the treatments to be overpriced, despite their beauty. Additionally, the food portions lacked variety and were on the smaller side - there was no alternative nearby. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly, and the location offered a serene atmosphere.

Simple, natural and beautiful

Just a few suggestions below to make it even more wonderful! - A sauna and steam room / spa facilities would be a nice addition - I believe the food, which was truly delightful, would be fully plant based if honey was replaced with agave or stevia for example - There are so many wonderful treatments and experiences available but quite limited availability; a pre-arrival consultation could be very helpful, especially for first time visitors - Having the daily yoga included is a great way to start the day and chance to bring guests together (if they want to). Similarly, it would be nice for there to be something included in the evening e.g. Agni ritual

Everything about this stay was beautiful and unique, I stayed in a suite with the bath tub outside over looking the river, I've stayed in some amazing places in my time and this one's up there with the best of them. It's a must - the whole retreats so beautiful and peaceful, the treatments in the spa are amazing, loved the restaurant location there's a table down by the river and it's just beautiful. Had lots of yummy plant foods - the private flower bath was a highlight. I had a massage from a lady called Nengah and she was absolutely amazing, one of the best massages I've ever, she was super lovely too. Thanks for my stay I will definitely be returning as soon as I can :)

We had the most amazing stay at Fivelements. The room was breath taking, clean and had everything we needed. The whole space is incredible - from the pool, daily yoga and additional offerings available. The morning breakfast was beyond delicious and really generous, so much that we didn't need lunch. Two nights at Fivelements felt like a real treat and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get out of the busy centre of Ubud (although they do offer a shuttle into the town centre a few times a day). Hope to return one day!

villas, nature, river view, vegan food, presentation and taste of food. they even provided us free upgraded to. bill pool villa considering we had a child

need better maintenance, there were cigarettes butts near the pool area where as the resort has no smoking policy. it seems they are short staffed. the property is great but needs attention to details. The breakfast spread was limited and for reason which just does not makes sense they don’t provide fruit salad to kids as part of complimentary breakfast. there were cobweb on the cealing fan in our villa number 122

Breakfast, indoor pool and hotel pool were fantastic. Hotel is all vegan and all natural and the food was extremely tasty, much to my surprise.

The retreat is a bit away from Ubud center so keep that in mind while planning excursions (especially during tourist season as the wait times can be long at all the places you are planning to visit). Considering I opted for breakfast only, cost was bit high. No airport transfer :(

Amazing architecture .. The bamboo structure of the restaurant area and yoga studio is amazing.. the view of the river from the restaurant and small waterfall acroos the room was mind blowing..

Had a 15min complementary massage.. but there was some motor running loud every min , did not feel soothing spa experience due to this noise, there is room for improvement of the ambience. It's a shame there is no proper access to the river stream from the rooms , seems like deliberate attempt to discourage going to the river, though not sure why..

Stunning property, truly elegant and kind staff. Fantastic services and food, world class hospitality. Quiet disconnection from the world with as little or as much communication as you desire. I cannot wait to return!

The rooms were understandably humid at night; even with air conditioning on 24-7. This is a given since it is such a natural setting with outdoor bathrooms and riverfront rooms.
