The staff here is amazing and go out of their way to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The breakfast and the property itself is really good and well maintained. For my kids they had peadal cars and kite flying & fishing to meep them entertained.The location is a bit far from Ubud center but they do have a on-demand shuttle. We rented a scooter so we could drive to Ubud center for shopping/restaurants when needed.

The rice was already harvested by the time we were there and rice field view was one of the main reasons for booking this hotel. I wish they published the rice harvesting calendar before hand.

The breakfast was fresh, good food, good value for money overall. The whole complex was very well looked after and they did frequent mosquito fogging in the garden, rice fields near by and provided mosquito coils on the balcony every night. Because of that we didn't have any problems with mosquitoes during our stay.

The location was a bit out of the main Ubud town centre, but they offered a free shuttle service to any location within Ubud town.

- Bathroom plumbing was not good, bath tub does not drain well (we complained but was not fixed) - Experienced an earthquake during our stay but did not receive any feedback about it or check in from the hotel.

the location itself is absolutely beautiful. the rice fields, huts, everywhere you look and sit is just great

we chose the junior suite for the view but hadn't any view because we were on the 2nd floor. the pictures on booking are taken from the 3rd floor.

Fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and accomodating. The grounds are very peaceful. Free shuttle from early morning to late evening. Rooms are great, and the balcony is a nuve touch.

Excellent hotel. A very nice hotel a little outside the center of Ubud. The hotel transports to the center and back at any time. They arranged a ride for us wherever we wanted. They also organized all the excursions. When we were having a lunch outside the hotel and it started to rain hevily they came to pick us up. All free of charge. The location of the hotel is excellent. The entire hotel area is well maintained and there are beautiful sitting areas. We stayed in two different rooms, both of which were very clean and absolutely super beautiful. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The small gym is also a big plus. Even though the gym was small, you could do a good workout there. The gym contained a squat rack, treadmill, cross trainer, dumbbells, discs and two benches. If we come to Ubud again we will definitely come

Beautiful territory, nice pool, view. Bed is super comfy. Tried spa - was really good. Stuff is very friendly. Liked the breakfast by menu (Benedict eggs and waffles are highly recommended), the buffet offer is quite poor though.Free 5 o’clock tee is nice option to have. Location is good,10 mins drive from monkey forest.

No sound isolation, the neighbors checking out at 6am didn’t let us sleep. Also the bathroom wall is almost transparent, so if your roommate turn the light up there, you can’t sleep neither. Take away breakfast (which is offered when you make miss the breakfast time) is ridiculously poor

OMG! The BEST property I’ve stayed in years! What a hidden gem! I can’t say enough about KAJANE, except that my wife and I left Ubud to go to Raja Ampat for a week and since we loved KAJANE so much, we cancelled our other reservation in Ubud upon our return just so that we could come back to KAJANE. The property itself is expansive and magical with and elevated sense of peace and tranquility. The entire staff is also aligned with this feeling/ philosophy. Day or night, the staff was always responsive and went way out of their way to fulfill our requests! Special thanks to Mrs. Arini & Mr. Dewa Rai at front desk, as well as their entire staff! The food was also excellent, and all the tiny little details that this property has carefully thought about that really sets it apart from the rest. This is a beautiful tropical hotel experience; the grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the different lodging offerings are situations at different locations on the grounds - so you can choose what kind of experience you want to have. I selected an apartment on the 3rd floor with 2 balconies, amazing views and complete privacy. The walk thru the rice fields to get the main building and restaurant was a treat in itself. The pool is beautiful, it was never busy. The restaurant had good, but not amazing food. There is a fitness room, pretty basic but at least it's there. The yoga room is nice but there are no yoga classes. The service team could not have been nicer, nor more helpful. I rented a scooter - that reception, arranged (this is fairly common); the ride to the centre of Ubud was about 12 mins.
