The staff are exceptional very accommodating from front of house to restaurant to spa staff. Nothing was too difficult for them to make your stay happy. Traditional style rooms beautifully kept very spacious, lush gardens. Complimentary breakfast, yoga and photo session. (Must book yoga & photo session). Spa treatments are amazing. Restaurant food was tasty and resonantly priced. Only drawback is the distance from the town Center to walk but the resort offers multiple drop off and pick up via their free shuttle service. We look forward to coming again. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing escape

The staff was extremely nice and supportive, the area of the hotel is exceptionally beautiful, the food was nice, beds comfortable. They offer extra services (shuttle to town, yoga, nice live music in the restaurant). The distance to Ubud center is good.

Unfortunately there was daily noise from construction work in the neighborhood and the hotel next to Korurua had some load music partys. But the staff was very nice and even offered earplugs. The noise (including music) stopped at an accurate time in the evening. This was in October 2023, so the construction work won't last forever ;)

Wonderful staff who showed great hospitality and couldn't do enough for us. They arranged for a driver to pick us up from the harbour for a very small fee. His name was Odon. We ended up arranging for him to be our private driver throughout our stay, including a private tour of the rice fields, waterfalls and coffee plantation. Odon was superb and I highly recommend you ask for him to be your driver if you stay in Ubud. We had a private pool room which was definitely very private. The room was HUGE (maybe too big?) and the twice-daily turndown was good. Good food, too!

This place is pretty rustic. For instance, the doors are all secured with only a sliding wooden bolt, lizards roam about the place leaving little poops everywhere and there are no luxury finishes. However, it still has great appeal, very in-keeping with the location. I only call this out because it's not everyone's cup of tea. While in the spa, we overheard a solo-travelling lady complaining about this while the management tried to allay her concerns. This didn't make for a great spa experience for us and clearly wasn't what the solo-traveller wanted either. Other than these points, we loved our stay here.

The facilities are incredible: two pools, a spa and an outside space for yoga. The rooms are very carefully decorated in respect of traditional Balinese style, while also providing all the comforts. The staff is incredibly attentive and kind. It was my birthday and they went beyond any expectations to make it a very special day. They even brought a surprise cake and secretly decorated the room. I really appreciated it! They were also extremely helpful in organising transport to Ubud (very quick ride by motorbike or free shuttle) and to our next destination! The breakfast was vey tasty, with a wide selection of both savoury and sweet options, including vegan and vegetarian. It can be served in the room free of charge, which made our stay extra comfortable!

Nothing, it was all marvellous!

Our stay here had been very memorable. Resort is all green, you get the vibe of staying in jungle cottages. Rooms are big with Balinese decor and architecture. Swimming pools (there are two) are awesome, swim-up bar is a pretty nice add-on. Breakfast is excellent, there are plenty of vegetarian options plus the way they customised a few options for us and our kid definitely demands huge appreciation. Staff is extremely courteous, and that's true for every single one of them. We also had Balinese massage at their spa and that was fantastic. I'd definitely recommend this resort, and in fact I'd love to stay here again on my next visit.

There isn't anything that I didn't like about the resort.

The pictures on booking are misleading, we mainly picked this hotel because of there infinity pool with view on rice terraces. Unfortunately the rice terraces are not there anymore, and a huge building is in the place.

We absolutely loved our stay at Korurua Dijiwa. It is the perfect place to relax after exploring Ubud. The pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, you feel like you’re in the jungle. The house was also simply stylish, the bed is huge and super comfortable. Our trip got even better because of the lovely people who work at Korurua, they made us feel more than welcome. The breakfast was also really good and you can choose from a big menu, there‘s something for everybody. Getting an amazing massage at the Spa made our experience complete.

The hotel was more beautiful than I expected, comfortable and in accordance with the holiday mood. Our room was very spacious, the terrace in front, the outdoor bath was just perfect. And the staff was just amazing, I have never seen such smiling, helpful staff, who go out of their way to make you happy and satisfied. The food in the restaurant was also excellent, including the breakfast included in the price.

The location of the hotel may be a bit inconvenient for guests who do not rent a car or motorbike. But the hotel also has a free bus service that takes you to and from the center every day, you just have to adapt to the schedule.

Great location close to Ubud. Rooms are really well done, nice materials and feels very luxury. Resort looks amazing, breakfast is really tasty.

I think this hotel would deserve more stars and quests. But there staff doesnt feel as professional. Many little mistakes done. Friendly, but not super professional. Also it constantly feels like they want you to buy stuff like activities and transfers with them. Because they offer a great "discount". Which they really dont. Organize it on your own and you will pay half. If they would reduce this aspect and honestly try to help you, I think this Hotel would be much more successful because the rest was honestly great!

Service is excellent - our stay started with a resort tour, welcome drinks and a welcome snack (samosa). Every single one of the staff was friendly and helpful. They topped up our water bottles and gave us as much water as we asked for, always with a smile. We attended the free 1h yoga class - instructor was good. We also rented a small scooter from the resort for one day for 80K. Our room was upgraded to a suite! The outdoor bamboo shower is awesome. Room is clean and comfortable, aircon works well. Wifi signal is strong. There was a wide selection for breakfast and it was delicious. The whole resort is pretty and relaxing.

There was one or two stray ants in the bathroom, but expected since there is an outdoor component.
