MY MOST FAVOURITE PLACE IN BALI! A real Bali oasis. The extras that Nefatari do really makes it a memorable stay. good daily breakfast included which they can bring to your villa and make floating breakfast and to add its a late opening until 1pm for breakfast! A HUGE pool that is cleaned every morning for your use along with having the paths and garden in your villa cleaned every morning. The free shuttle rides into town and back from morning until late evening - definitely helps assist the need to book and stress about what the costs will be. The nightly mozzie coils that they place in your bathrooms and kitchen outdoor area just added such a good touch! They run to help you with your bags to and from villa. They really do make everything feel like a holiday.

Our stay at Nefatari started extremely well with an airport pick up and we arrived to welcome drinks in the room. The villa was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. We booked the villa for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The staff were phenomenal and couldn't do enough for us - they helped us arrange excursions, massages in the room and a driver to tour the island. The breakfast is also a highlight at Nefatari - a great range of options and all of which were delicious! The pool is the cherry on top and although not heated, it was very refreshing in the hot weather. The free shuttle service into Ubud was fantastic, having the flexibility to go in and get picked up whenever you wanted. We really can't recommend staying here enough - it really felt like a piece of paradise!

There was nothing we didn't like, Nefatari is a wonderful place to stay!

The staff were incredible and went out of their way to make our holiday easy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and they offered free transport into/out of Ubud centre! Beautiful and quiet location made for an easy sleep but close enough to everything - great cafe a stones throw up the road and a minimal walk/very short drive to restaurants/bars. The reception staff were genuinely great and so helpful, thinking of everything including kindly lighting mosquito coils whilst we were out in the evenings so we could come back to a bug free villa! Made our anniversary very special and one of the highlights of our trip :)

Service was exceptional! They thought of every little detail. From the complimentary airport and town transfers to the complimentary tea and floating breakfast, the villa made sure that we were comfortable and well served in all aspects. Mosquito coils were lit every evening outside the villa and inside the outdoor toilet to make sure mosquitoes were not an issue. There is even mosquito netting attached to the huge king sized bed. Overall Nefatari made it a very comfortable babymoon for us and we will certainly return again if we have a chance.

Only thing lacking was that there was no view. But the privacy and awesome service more than made up for it.

We appreciated the free pickup from the airport and all the free drives that were provided in Ubud. My family had some great times in the private pool by our villa. One evening the staff prepared a flower bath in our bathroom and that was a lovely Balinese experience. (Also free of charge) We could not go out in the evening because our 5 yo had to sleep but the hotel arranged for two masseuses so my husband and I could get a Balinese massage. We are vegan and the kitchen prepared a lovely and diverse vegan breakfast every morning.

The first two nights there were some heavy downpours in Ubud and the roof of our villa leaked at several places. My little girl’s pillow was quite wet in the morning but the staff moved her bed to another (dry) corner.

Our stay at Nefatari was amazing. The staff were super friendly and exceptional. Upon arrival, the staff carried our bags to our room and we were served welcoming drinks and a delicious banana dessert. The breakfast menu was amazing. It was unlimited and you could order up until 1pm which I thought was really good. They offer shuttle service from the villa to Ubud palace up till 10:30pm. This was super handy as this meant we didn’t need to spend any extra cash on travelling. The room was cleaned every time we walked out of the villa which was really nice of them. The air conditioning was great, we were freezing during the night as it worked so well. On the day we were checking out to head to the airport, they offered us a different room till we left for our departure as a kind gesture and we were very grateful. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are planning to stay in Ubud. I cannot thank the staff enough.

The 2 things I think could be improved was the wifi and beds. The wifi had weak signal, I would have to wait a bit for things to load, but it was fine, just required patience. The bedding I think was 2 single beds put together. You could feel the line in the middle which made it uncomfortable if you were wanting to be closer to your partner (especially when it was cold during the night).

We stayed here with our 2 teens and very much enjoyed our time there. The villa was private and quite big. The staff were amazing and really made us feel special. Having the complimentary shuttle was also so nice- from the airport pick up to driving us to downtown Ubud.

The only issue I had was the position of the a/c in the master bedroom. It blew directly on us, which is fine if you’re hot natured. For me, though, it was too much and I would have liked to have been able to adjust the direction of the air. Also, for some reason the Wi-Fi signal was always weak in the evenings, but we never had any issues in the morning.

Really lovely stay in an establishment that I would happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Really friendly and helpful staff made the stay even better. Private pool was great for lounging around and quick dips, plus lots of little birds and lizards in and around the garden area. Breakfast was excellent. Location is a little further outside central Ubud - which is a good thing given how busy Ubud is - but free shuttle on demand to central Ubud and back is super convenient. All in all felt very relaxed and well looked after at Nefatari! 10/10

WiFi was patchy and slow sometimes - should really be better.

Villa was spacious and beautiful. Open air bathroom huge and very lush. Pool was much bigger than expected in our Villa. Staff were so helpful and accomodating. Very thankful they allowed us a late check out free of charge so we could rest with our toddler before night flight home. Free shuttle into town was helpful :)

Although all the food from in-house restaurant was lovely the menu was very small. We ate there a lot as not much else within walking distance and we struggled to find things our toddler would eat.

- beautiful villa, very Balinese style. very close to nature so do expect geckos & insects but they do not bother you. they are just there minding their own. - friendly & very helpful staffs; lady at the front, Ketut, Pak Adi and all the other staffs around the villa. always greeting and smiling, very welcoming. - the pisang goreng was good and the welcome drink that tastes like lemongrass is very refreshing. - location is a short ride into town and you can also order food into your villa via grab or gojek. - they clean the villa for you when you leave so you come back to a nice and clean place. fresh towels and all that. - resident cats, my boys loved them!

blanket is a bit thin and gets a bit cold with the aircon at night so we changed the temperature but it’s no big deal. the pool was cold but that’s probably it wasn’t hot in Ubud like other parts of Bali.
