The room is amazing! The bed and the pillows are very comfort.. They have smart tv, hairdryer, ac, hit water, everything is perfect with their price. Very worth it!

I stayed in the 1st floor room in front of the pool (side room). The building has space behind the bed wall, so in the afternoon and also in the middle of the night there was super noisy sound from behind the wall, and it was mice! So we couldn't sleep well at that night. My advice is make sure the wall is closed by concrete and no space that mice couldn't come inside. Because it is so noisy.

An amazing place that allows you to fully relax! The room is huge and had a beautiful view of the rice padi field. We saw cranes and hummingbirds... What a lovely sight! The bathroom was clean, luxurious and comfortable. The concerns listed in some past reviews were not present. I was initially concerned but glad that they have fixed it :) Staff were v friendly and warm. The resort was well maintained and I would recommend it. The location was around 15-20mins from downtown Ubud but it's worth the drive. However, better get the driver to call hotel before driving here as Google map directs driver using the bicycle path rather than the one for cars. Road into villa is v narrow and dark at night .

Everything was awesome. Just getting here at night can be tricky.

the room and toilette was beautifully decorated. the building is brand new and gorgeous. the staff is extremely helpful and the pool was really nice. I has a room upstairs so the view was really nice and the terrace also. the price was too good for the facilities, I can’t wait to stay here again!!

we had a small issue finding the villa the first time, as the address in booking was not the correct and in google maps you can see 3 different places with same name and different locations. So make sure you go to pejeng kawan. but once we got there we start to enjoy the property straight away!

We had such a great stay here - would definitely recomend it again! The location is perfect, away from the busy main city of Ubud. It is very quiet and you have a great view over the rice field!! Staff was also extremely helpful. We absolutely loved our stay here.

Road access it not too easy and you might get confused the first time you drive here, as there is only one way you can enter the property. The other path is shown on google maps but doesnt exists. Best way is to explain you taxi driver which way to enter the property.

Very modern and well equipped room and communal areas. Lovely surrounds with views of the rice paddies. staff were friendly and polite. good value for money for the room and in the restaurant.

The principle downside is how hard the property is to find. We had a local driver and it took over an hour of looking to find it. Google maps takes you to the nearest road and there’s only a footpath to the property from there. there’s another way in (just passable with a car) off the main road but the villas sign is small and hard to spot. Even locals less than 500m away didn’t know where it was. Shower was somewhat mouldy and smelt slightly.

It was quiet and secluded, the room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was really good too. The staff were very helpful too. Really enjoyed staying away from the hectic centre of Ubud.

The stay was great, the only thing was that it wasn’t easy to find when arriving by taxi, but it wasn’t the end of the world, asked a local and got send down the right road. Google maps takes you to a road that accesses the hotel from the top, but you should follow the road from the bottom

Excellent (spacious, nice food, quiet, modern with nice view) accommodation and friendly staff. Good value for money, can highly recommend.

Accessibility of the accommodation. Clearer signs or a renovation of the road towards the hotel would help. However this is the only point we could think off. Would definitely book again!

The room was great, spacious and beautiful. The bathroom was also great, very clean and big. Staff is super, you can’t get any more friendly than them! The pool was nice. The location is 10min away from Ubud city center and that is one of the things we liked the most. The surroundings of the property are very quiet and calm, we loved it!

We have nothing wrong to declare.

Feels luxurious. Beautifully set overlooking the rice terraces. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Nice, peaceful location 15-20 minutes away from the busy spots.

Go in with no expectations of what you expect certain dishes to taste like.
