I traveled with 7 years old, He did enjoy the kids club and the pool. Breakfast is great with so many dishes to choose from. Pool in nice and clean, also the pool guard are friendly.

Some dishes at the breakfast bar is cold. We have to wait 20 minutes to be seated for breakfast one day. It was busy that day however maybe they can offered us to seat somewhere else by the pools , by the lobby or somewhere.

A very good business hotel. It isn't all that luxurious but it's a great hotel for a 1 or 2 night stay in Yogyakarta while visiting the surrounding temples. Staff is very friendly and truly there to help.

Location is not ideal. Although to be fair Yogyakarta is just a sprawling chaotic city and I still struggle to understand where the ideal location would be. Value for money is not the hotel's strongest point.

-Service was stellar. -We traveled with a toddler. And their kids' club and pool were fantastic. The kids' club also had a really nice attendant (called Jela) who kept the kids company and engaged with them. -The buffet breakfast was brilliant: good mix of local and western dishes. -Be sure to check out the palace wing, with the palace and the spa.

All staff were very friendly and humble. The indoor kids' play area was very organised and clean. The room was spacious but can be maintained better. Housekeeping was also very good and did a good job. Their breakfast variety was a good spread. Everyday, for a week, they offered different dishes.

The view for the room was supposed to be mountain view but we received a pool view. It would have been better if the view was right.

Breakfast was good. Better than what the so called “popular place” to eat in Jogja. The children’s amenities are good too with the kids club and slides at the pool. The staff on duty at the kids club in the morning is excellent and made my kids feel welcomed and played with them.

It is too bad and sad that the outdoor seating in the breakfast area is for smoking and the proximity is so close to the children’s swimming pool. So kids are becoming secondhand smokers due to it.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are great. but the most appreciating thing was the breakfast. it is really complete. The garden is spacious and in the evening beautiful lighted uo and the hotel is next to the Ambarrukmo Plaza Mall, a great mall where you can find everything. the swimming pool is ok. the service and help from the staff was great.

The swimming pool is ok but for this hotel I would expect to have a bigger swimming pool.

The room is exceptionally clean, the hotel smells amazing, the breakfast is good though I heard it used to be even better, the staff is very helpful especially Rio. He was very attentive when we wanted to use the pool in the evening. We came hear 10 years a go and the standard has been well maintained. We were truly impressed

The lady from the bar in the lobby was not very friendly when we said we want to move from the smoking to a non smoking area and asked her to find a non reserved table

I like most of the things I experience here. Down from the hospitality until the variety of foods served and the ambience as well. Everything going great and no complaint for the facility offered. It was easy for me to request to move from room that has no view to the room with garden view ,not taking too long to process it. It was quite hectic during long weekend,at the breakfast time,but the service is great that they maintain to deliver prompt and sincere service. Appreciate it ! I get to meet the GM and able to have a casual talk although it was done on the elevator, it s good to have feeling that there s no boudaries between the GM and customer. The location that is close to Plaza Ambarrukmo is very convenient for me to fulfill whatever needs I have when I do not feel to go around the city during the traffic crowd at the long weekend.

Nothing,just that the tap needs to be fixed since it has a very slow leakage of water yet for me no matter how small it is,needs to fixed immediately so it wont waste any water. The automatic sprayer at the toilet cannot work properly and need to fixed immediately as well.

although I once suggested that it would be better if gamelan performances were abolished if they were not placed in an honorable position as education for the nation's children, it turns out that now there are no gamelan anymore, I feel a loss too.
