This is my second time at Ibis Hotel. Going to Jerusalem, my family and I, we do not need to look elsewhere. All the staff are wonderful always ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable with mattresses just like at home. Breakfast is always fresh and there are so many dishes to choose from. As a location, the location is the best location in Jerusalem. All shops, restaurants, bars and the tram are just outside the hotel. The old city is in walking distance just down the road. I 100% recommend this hotel. I thank all the staff, especially the breakfast staff, but a special thanks goes to Jessica who works at the breakfast department and to Afrat who works at the reception. Thanks to all for making my holiday in Jerusalem complete. I will surely choose Ibis City Centre Hotel again. ❤️❤️ ❤️

- very tasteful breakfast (a lot of option to choose: cheeses, salads, halva, daes etc) - perfect location (close to the Old City, to stores, light train), easy access by train to Central Station - rooms big enough, clean, comfortable - electric kettle with mugs, coffe and tea (really nice addition) - quiet air conditioner (window should be shut because of the noises from the street so air conditioner on is must have)

- television - after some time screen went black and it was needed to turn off and on to watch (sometimes twice) - a little too much noise from the street (if I wanted to have window open, with window closed it was quiet)

Excellent and convenient location, bars, restaurants, shops, tram are just one minute away. The Old city, Mamilla shopping centre, Jaffa Gate are only down the road. We could not have chosen a better hotel for its location. Rooms are not that spacious, but still comfortable. Beds are comfortable too. Apart from the hotel excellent location, we cannot not mention the staff. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always doing their best to give us a perfect stay. Breakfast was always yummy and we could not not notice that there was a different yummy dish served every day together with the other daily breakfast dishes. Well done and thanks to the chef. All staff that served breakfast were kind and helpful, very dedicated to their job, especially Jessica. My mother is very fussy about her morning teas and Jessica was always there every morning helping my mother with her teas, making sure that the teas and everything was to my mother's liking. Mummy loved it :) My mother calls Jessica "the sweet angel girl, the best tea maker". We thank all the staff for making our stay complete ❤️

Staff were amazing. We needed to store luggage And they gladly did that. We needed a taxi and they helped with that. Every time we came or left we were greeted politely.

Our view was terrible. The building next to us looked bad such as no windows and stray cats. The first night was noisy in the street. And the construction next to it made it difficult for our taxi and they start early in the morning.

Excellent breakfast every day and (by limited reservation) an excellent Friday night Shabbat dinner. Prime location, fair price.

Even knowing hotel's location it was difficult to find it by car (vehicle dropoff and garage is in rear); mass-transit access (on previous stay) was easy. Also, hotel's representation regarding parking was incomplete (it's a "robot"-operated garage, so once you deposit your car you have no access to it until you check it out).

Hotel never had space to accommodate me for Shabbat dinner. The Shabbat dinner was very important to me. Reception said they would call me back and they didn’t. There was no way of telling the time in the bedrooms on Shabbas. The noise from the construction next door. I didn’t know that before I booked.

BREAKFAST: GOOD VARIATY OF CHOICE OF FOOD, GOOD KOSHER FOOD AS WELL, AND FOOD PRESENTATION WAS VERY NICE, SPECIFICALLY ALL SEEMD CLEAN AND FOOD FRESH. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SMILING ALWAYS. I REALLY APPRECIATE MR JOHN FROM BREAKFAST, HE WAS ALWAYS LOOKING AFTER THE SATISFACTION OF GUESTS. HE WAS ALWAYS RESPECTFULL AND PROFESSIONAL. ALSO THE LADY WHO DID MY ROOM BRIAN (SHE SPOKE ARABIC) CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME EXACTLY BUT SHE WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND NOT RUDE. ALSO ANTON FROM THE LOBBY, ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND SMILING.

THAT THE DOOR OF THE BATHROOM DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK. THAT THERE SHOULD BE BOTTLES OF WATER IN THE ROOM AND REFRIGERATOR SHOULD BE MORE COLD.

Good place to stay, it is close to the Old City, and we can do all locations around it by walking, easy access to train transportation to go around city and to Central Train Station (Yitzhak Navon train Station) where we took the train to Ben Gurion Airport for much, much less instead use taxi.

Property is very close to a night bar, week days it is ok, but Friday and Saturday live music goes on very high volume till 4:00 and if you are close to it will be very disturbing.

Perfect location, close to the old town of Jerusalem and to the new city. The breakfast was amazing, amazing food and really good variety of cusine. There is a hot soups service available everyday in the lobby of the hotel, cheap and super tasting. The bedroom was always clean and the service was excellent. John (the waiter at the breakfast buffet) came with a cupcake and a candle singing happy birthday to my boyfriend making it a very special surprise!! Loved the courtesy of the staff, really careful and thoughtful, nice and always ready to help. Really recommend this hotel.
