One of the most amazing holiday experiences I've had. The location is spectacular, in a crater in the desert. The campsite itself had a very cool, relaxed vibe. The facilities were all very clean and comfortable. The campsite had a small shop and bar. Breakfast was available but there was also a communal kitchen and BBQ area for self-catering. The bell tents were very spacious and very comfortable. Night time was a real experience, with the nocturnal animals - foxes, wolves, etc. - providing a memorable soundtrack!

There was supposed to be no noise after 10pm when the bar music was turned off, however at around 11pm the staff started playing loud music at their quarters which was close to our tent. This carried on for quite a while.

We have long dreamed of spending the night under the starry sky and meeting the dawn in the desert, and finally we have realized this dream! Best birthday present for my husband❤️ I found just a fantastic place in the Negev desert luxury glamping @selina.israel ⛺️ Here everything is designed for you to come and enjoy nature, atmosphere and we enjoyed as best we could) Everything is very clean, beautiful, the tents are warm and cozy. In the evening you can go look at the starfall! The sky is strewn with stars, the beauty is incredible! I highly recommend coming here with children, ours were wildly delighted) The food is delicious, really vegan)) but we brought our own barbecue and fried on the grill👌 the DJ is just super, we danced well under the starry desert sky ... and what I like, everything here is very Welcoming and friendly! To meet the dawn in the desert is the most thrill! to see the first rays of the sun, how they appear from the horizon and touch your face, it is impossible to describe in words, you can see and feel at least once🌅😍 the only thing is you have to get up at 5 in the morning 😉 a lot of impressions! we will definitely come back again!

Great location in the Crater, so easy to go for various hikes. Everyone, including the (rather expensive) glamping tents shares the common bathroom facilities. They are plentiful and were always clean. Common kitchen looks great and is kept clean, it has some very large fridges to keep your stuff. The buffet breakfast that is served is wonderful, worth paying for. The cafe at reception serves some small meals (salads, pita, pasta) that are tasty, but for a real restaurant you have to go to Mitzpe Ramon, which is about a 10 minute drive. Enough shady spots to hang out during the day (although some shade by the dipping pools could be nice). All staff were super friendly, chatty and helpful: not a given in Israël so that was a breath of fresh air :)

For a single traveler there seems to be nothing in between the very cheap mattress in the Bedouin tent (which I did, worked perfectly for me) and the very expensive glamping options. That's a shame in my opinion. Some classes or activities were advertised but didn't seem to materialise, or only in Hebrew (star gazing for example). I'd suggest including the morning yoga in the price of the overnight, especially for guests paying for the more expensive accommodations. Also maybe a post-hiking afternoon yoga class could be nice? There is some construction ongoing (they seem to be expanding the hotel area). There was no noise or anything, it just looked ugly in the otherwise very pretty and Instagrammable surroundings.

Friendly staff was a welcome change to the norm. I believe our receptionists name was Haddar - she was a credit to the establishment. The tented accommodation remains a highlight - air conditioned, luxurious and beautiful. Very special, although bathrooms are shared they were impeccably maintained!

Besides being excellent in most ways, it must be said that this is in fact a gypsum quarry. If you’re looking for endless desert vistas you will be disappointed; however the facilities, helpful and friendly staff and excellent accommodation makes it well with a visit. Some loonies moaned about the impact of the site on the desert; this is ridiculous as mentioned; it’s a rehabilitated gypsum quarry.

bath room is really comfortable, have shampoo, gel shower..., i can cook noodle in kitchen area. i am student, i don't have too much money to travel, share tent is suitable for me and for some people like me. pay attention to the weather so you can see the stars at night.

i hope to have bus come thru there in the future. however, i went there with good guy, he go to Eilat. israeli is very nice!!! i came in summer, it is very hot to sleep early. i think it is best in winter.

This place is so special, specifically on the sunset and at night - it looks like a fairytale and has so much magic. The staff was super friendly and helpful: they called us in regards to dinner organization and made sure we and our two dogs are comfortable and have everything we need (they arranged beds for dogs!). Just to mention, you do need to pay extra for dogs, but it worth it! Breakfast was amazing and although dinner wasn’t available at this specific day we had all kitchen facilities to cook + ability to buy snacks and pizza. Bonfire was free of charge, made by Selina staff with additional 🪵 to keep it going. We were also upgraded for free and overall - extremely happy with our stay 🙏🏼✨

small feedback about clear price breakdown: it wasn’t very much clear about how much we need to pay in the end with dogs and taxes. I also have a concern about the location - it’s amazing to have an opportunity to stay at the crater, but how good is it to the local people, what’s the impact of light pollution, etc.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were helpful, the accomodation unique and interesting and had plenty of facilities. Warm water tubs outside and lots of lounging areas, a volleyball net and probably a lot more that I didn't find out about. The star gazing event they put on was an incredible experience, they brought us mattresses so we could gaze up in the clear desert sky, the moonlight shielded by the crater's edge until finally coming into view. Magical.

The kitchen area wasn't as clean as it could be, but not too bad.

The location of Selina Ramon is excellent - right inside the Ramon Crater, surrounded by mountains, a decent distance from Mitzpe Ramon city, and perfect for stargazing. It's very easy to access via Route 40 by car, and 1 min drive to Ramon Colors National Park. The facility is great. The staff is super friendly. The mini pool is great fun or kids and family.

The staff was friendly and did their best to handle a plethora of technical difficulties. The electricity was down for most of the evening and the chef quit that morning.

I did count on the restaurant for dinner but the chef quit and there was no food.

A great place, calm, beautiful, clean and comfortable. We had a great time, around the fire pit at night, and under the shade during the day. They let us stay in the compound after check-out when we requested which was a great way to spend the hot hours. Breakfast was also good, coffee we bought on their small cafe. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The facilities were great, including showers and a common kitchen with fridges (freezer was broken down) Overall a great experience and I'd highly recommend.

The surrounding conduct was a bit of a mess: you can *only* check-in via *their app* (no other option); an email regarding the possibility of dinner never arrived to us as they said they only sent it out to reservations they had from their own site; and the morning yoga was presented in the email and verbally as part of the facilities - but was later charged for. A very tiny note: the paper towels are too thin so you can't actually get them out of the dispenser. So I'd sum it as mainly details that weren't smooth enough for this price range.
