Very pleased with my 4 day stay. It is a family owned place and they take good care of their guests. The place is meticulously clean and has everything you need! There is a fully equipped kitchen with the oven, microwave, dishes, serving utensils, and cookware. The room and the bathroom were very clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel like an AC, TV, hairdryer, and amazingly smelling shampoo and show gel. The service was great too. A few days before arrival, the owner contacted us to ask for the time of arrival and was able to accommodate an early check-in. We received instructions how to enter the building a few days prior and on the day of arrival. It was very easy to get in (not sure why someone experienced any issues). Coffee was refilled daily and the kitchen was always in a perfect condition. Most importantly, we felt welcomed. The owner was always available on WhatsApp and replied quickly to all our questions with helpful information and recommendations. Location is also great. Central to the beach (10-15 minute walk) and city attractions. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores. Very happy with our stay and our hosts. Would strongly recommend and would be happy to stay again when visiting Tel Aviv in the future.

The Roza Apartment is a great place to stay at TelAviv. The apartment is spotless clean and the furnishing is of high quality. The room is equipped with a modern Smart-TV and a very comfortable bed. Im the shared kitchen there is a coffee machine, a large fridge and another TV. The location is perfect in the center of Tel Aviv, close to many cafés and restaurants with a 24/7 supermarket. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away. A number buses leave in front of the house. The owner was very easy to contact and answered all our questions quickly. Thank you very much! We had a wonderful time and will stay again at Roza Apartments when we come back to Tel Aviv.

it’s a coliving concept, 4 rooms in the apartment sharing fully equipped kitchen, living room. every room has its own bathroom. everything was comfortable, room has TV with Netflix, for other streaming services incl YouTube there seemed to be download speed restriction. The room may get humid after showering but with AC or by opening the window the problem gets solved. The area is super nice and for the money you pay it is probably the best option in town.

shower could be better but we didn’t have any issue. Sound proofing could also be bothering but my neighbours were quiet.

Everything was good. It is an apartment with 3 rooms. It is all new, seems like it had a recent renovation.. The comum area (living room and kitchen) was very new and tidy. Also very clean. ANd we can work on the dining table. The room was very spacious, very clean. With a life saver Air conditioner. I set the wrong date, and 10h before my checking the property managed to adjust it. It was very convenient and a great solving mindset from the customer service. They also provide all kind of info. Close to the best part of Tel Aviv.

The towels, had a funny smell. Like if it was dried in the dark, you know?

A decent room with a common kitchen and seating area. Well run. Remote check-in was smooth and all my questions were answered promptly. Quite central. They let us keep our bags in the common area after we had vacated our room since our train was in the afternoon.

All was good. There is no way to do laundry (an earlier review said it was possible) but next door there is a laundromat. Do keep an eye on your clothes though as ours were mixed up and we had to go back twice to retrieve missing items.

No place to securely leave valuables in the room. Ground floor side slide window without bars didn’t feel secure. Poor communication from hosts to an additional guest contact number from which I wrote to them to coordinate times. Received automated response and no follow up.

Location is perfect in the city center. The apartament is really good value for money. Easy to check in.

Realy high humidity in the room and bathroom.

It is absolutely the best price-quality choice in this area of TA! 10 minutes to the beach, 3 mins to Dizengoff square and shopping center. You’ll have everything you need, the kitchen is even equipped by oven. Everything is very very clean, nice and comfy for the long or short stay. Small but very important detail- Zielinski&Rozen cosmetics in the shower :)

Great location, 15 minute walk from the beach and nearby a lot of restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed, clean kitchen, room and ensuite bathroom with coffee supplied.

Could have had more hanging facilities for things like wet towels, swimming costumes. The hangers were above the bathroom door which was inconvenient when going in and out of the bathroom.
