Location and breakfast

Very clean rooms. Great breakfast every morning with plenty of choices. The staff will gladly answer questions and are always willing to help. The airport express busses run right by the hotel. The long-distance bus station is across the street. The metro is about 100 feet from the hotel. Great location and a great stay. Great value for the money.

The neighborhood may be a drawback to some, but the hotel property seems very safe. The bus station is across the street and the is a college on the next block. The hotel has security in the lobby. I felt safe during my stay, but was more cautious in the neighborhood.

Hotel staff is amazing...very helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Bathrooms & shower exceptional...beds very comfortable Restaurant is onsite but run by separate company - food selection was good. Breakfast was average but regular cold cereal would have been a plus. It was typical Sudamericana breakfast...lunchmeat & cheese, toast, yogurt and fresh fruit. Eggs were less than desired and no cold or hot cereal.

The location of the hotel is its only drawback but it is a big one. The neighborhood is a slum...so as long as you are careful in daytime...and do not mind seeing homeless living on street and trash everywhere... watch your belongings you will be fine. Nighttime - stay inside!

Chose this hotel because of its convenient location: just steps away from the bus station and a metro station. The airport is appr. 20 taxi minutes/ 20.000 peso away. Rooms are nice, bathroom and shower also. Breakfast was good, complete and enough choice for a good days start. Personel is helpfull and informative. Loved the fact you can store your luggage here, for a short period, but also for a couple of days (we went to Easter Island in the meantime). You can also buy some food, snacks and drinks at the reception. Or go to the Subways next door, or the mall, that is a block away.

Nothing really. Area itself is not the most attractive, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel is modern and clean inside with good size rooms. There was hot water at all hours and the staff were friendly (plus spoke English). Metro is very close so you can get to the city centre easily. Breakfast had a very good selection.

The area around the hotel is pretty run down. It is near the main bus/train stations and is not as glamorous as the more central neighbourhoods so you probably won't find much to do in that area. There is a shopping centre across the street with fast food outlets if you are desperate for food though.

The hotel and room were very big, clean, and modern. The shower was hot and had great water pressure. There were plenty of electric plug sockets. The breakfast options were excellent. The hotel was quite close to the University of Santiago metro station.

The WiFi was fast when it worked, but around 10:30pm each night, it stopped working. This was very frustrating because I had work to complete before going to bed.

The receptionists are really friendly and helpful. The location is good, near to the bus stations. The rooms are also nice, however, room 1006 was quite noisy specially since the window does not close properly and all the noise of the highway goes directly into the room, even at night :(

I was only at this hotel for one night, based on that…it was a very nice hotel right near the bus station and not too far from the airport so great if you have just finished a journey or are about to start a new one. Has a good restaurant with friendly staff. Also the TV had some channels in English including CNN and the BBC so I got to catch up on the news. Reception staff where very helpful.

They made me a packed breakfast, that could have been better. As far as I can remember I didn’t eat most of it, just the orange. I think they should ask the guest you what you want in it? Give the guest a little menu.

Clean, spacious and modern room. Great shower. Polite and efficient staff. Breakfast was good and started at 0630 hrs which was useful as we had an early bus to catch. Good value for money.

The restaurant only had a limited menu and was lacking in atmosphere. We couldn't find the bar or cafe. We didn't want to venture out at night because we had been warned that it was too risky.

It is great that the towels are changed every day, but there is no need for each towel to be individually wrapped in plastic. The suspicious persons hanging in front and around the hotel are also a minus, but the whole area is like that actually...
