The rooms were cleanish. My kids found things under the bed lol. But for the most part it was clean. The rooms were cold and comfortable! There is a McDonald's across the street so if you have kids it is great to feed them. We didn't go to the restaurants or anything but the kids did enjoy the pool and hot tub. The young man at the front desk at check in was great! He was really helpful and got us checked in without issues. The hotel is nice and has a club and bar attached so that's cool.

Door 3 didn't work. It was door right next to our room from the outside and we couldn't get it to open with the key card. The other doors worked just not door 3.

The security team was great. Especially the lady making her rounds by the pool she was so nice and professional going out of her way for use to enjoy the last few minutes before the pool closed.we definitely need more people like her in the world.and especially in the career she does made me feel like I was at Disney world with her customer service. And I honestly will be back knowing she's on the job.thank you guys for the great experience.its honestly highly appreciated 👍🙏

Y'all definitely need to refurbish all the doors except the main entrance. All the other door leading inside the building are in very poor condition. Also the lighting is horrible in the hall ways I honestly don't this it's not up to code I recommend changing to led. Believe it will give the building a whole different vibe it already looks great. Just need better lighting to make you feel like your walking into heaven. Just a tip.

Hotel was beautiful in the room was clean

Didn't like the check in policy for your incidentals I had my chime credit card I was using and they said it did not allow that for an incidentals spoke to management when checking out and they said that I could have paid for my room with my chime credit card and I could have put the incident on a different car but that was not told to me at check in then ask for extra blanket and pillows and towels they said it was none left in the hotel and this is on the first day of arrival then the next day ask for towels they said they had to wait on housekeeping and Housekeeping did not come until after 9:30 a.m. asked if I could speak to a manager said it was no manager on duty for the weekend was not very pleased with that service

This hotel was close to Fort Worth stockyards, with a free parking but also shuttle buses running on Friday and Saturday. The room was quite big, coffee was provided. The hotel also provides with the possibility to leave luggage at the reception on the day of checkout.

There was no hair dryer. The room was located in front of the elevators and noise could be heard when people were in the corridors.

Everyone was helpful and attentive. The facilities were nice. I love the fact there is a shuttle to Billy Bob’s! Cassidy’s is a fun, low key way to end the day and then just walk back up to the room. I just wish it was open a little later, but hey, 1:30 is still decent! I love the fountain. The prices for everything in the pantry area were very reasonable as well as the room themselves!

One of the outside door’s scanners were broken, and there was some event at the convention center that affected parking that I wish I had known about prior to (a heads up from the front desk or a sign or something).

The breakfast was great. Much better than almost all of the hotels that I have stayed in. The room was clean.

The hotel needs some overall sprucing up. the parking lot could be power washed and restriped. The inside of the hotel could use some new paint. Most of this was cosmetic and did not take away from the functionality of the hotel.

Wonderful stay with my family. The indoor pool and hot tub was great. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was very good. The girl that took out order was so helpful and polite. The front desk staff both in the morning and the evening were very helpful. Went downstairs to order a drink from the bar and the bartender was nice too and the drink price was very reasonable. Also they have nightclub and it was 80's night! Seemed like it would be fun lol Would definitely stay again.

Only downside was that there was no housekeeping. We stayed only 2 days

Bed was comfortable

The staff was abrupt and rude at checkin, we had to ask for the Wi-Fi password on the way out to eat, no directions to the elevators (which are thru many hallways with turns), they could have told us about the outside entrance steps from the elevator, very rude when I called on the second night to request clean towels, the room had a blue stain on the carpet in front of the fridge, was clean but not spotless. The alarm clock was on the wrong time, we never did figure out how to set it, so we unplugged it. The alarm clock (unplugged) buzzed all night. We plugged it in to silence it and turned it towards the wall.

I like the how the inside was clean and spacious in the lobby. The rooms were okay. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The water runs good and hot. The staff was awesome. Beds were great and comfortable.

I didn't like that the room floor was a little moist.. we had gnats in our room flying around.

Love that they had a bar/ club in the hotel along with the indoor pool and hot tub with long hours. The bed and room size were great.

Lots of traffic in the halls. Room was a long way from elevators. The key card gave us trouble to enter anything. One of the floors was very hot in temperature wise, customers were complaining throughout the weekend, and they were still trying to get people to stay on that floor. I think the deposit was high for the value of room.
