Awesome place, we booked the entire building for the family and stayed a couple of days to visit the area. Breakfast not served but included anyways, if you book the whole house, otherwise it's classic B&B service. Having breakfast ready (even if pit's packaged food) was a very nice addition. Kitchen is also usable, we made a nice dinner with local wine. House is super quite as it's very isolated, you also get a nice view on the valley. Car is definitely needed to get up there, though.

Lots of space, everything is brand new and nicely appointed (lots of plugs to charge stuff!) and the bathroom has one of those fancy ‘sun showers’. Nice and quiet location. Very friendly hostess who speaks English.
The B&B is in a small hamlet south of Acqui Terme without any facilities: you’ll need to go to the town for restaurants which could be challenging if you plan to go without any form of personal transport (I arrived by motorbike).
