I love Villa Italia and had a wonderful time here. The staff picked us up from the bus stop, which was super helpful, because the location is nestled into the hills above the town about a 20 minute walk from Bomerano square. It makes for a pleasant afternoon hike, though it is a difficult trek with luggage. Breakfast was delicious and had a range of pastries, fruit, dairy options, as well as perfectly made espresso. This is an excellent location for starting the path of the gods hike, and there are many other trails that begin close to the villa that will deliver you to gorgeous views. I loved the staff here; they were incredibly informative and helpful, and even rescued us when a twisted ankle left us stranded on the hillside. This is a perfect place to get out of the crowds of Amalfi for a bit -- the incredible view of the sea and the town from your balcony will set your heart at ease.

This is not an easy location to get to. If you are not familiar with the Amalfi coast, you might look at the birds eye distance to Praiano or Amalfi and think that this spot is not too far away from the beaches. However, it's at least an hour bus ride to Amalfi (or a pricy taxi!) and SITA is a fickle mode of transport. It took us two and a half hours and some shenanigans (think: hitch hiking in a camper van along Amalfi drive) to get to Agerola from Praiano, and while it's a gorgeous escape from the touristy hubbub of the coastal cities, I wouldn't recommend this spot as a home base for coastal exploration.

Everything! A truly hidden gem. Gorgeous views, comfortable bed. Big bathroom and everything was super clean and fresh. The breakfast was superb with organic fresh ingredients! Absolutely delicious. We even bought 2 jars of honey from the owner (the family produces it in small quantities and were nice enough to sell to us ).

The location is superb but a bid secluded if you have no car. Tips, there is a shortcut through the garden of the vila to reach the center of Bomerano (for those who take the bus or want to do the Path of the Gods)- this we liked!

This quiet and quaint B&B is a gem! Your feel like your part of this small community, passing herds of goats and gardens full of veggies on the short walk up to the house from Bomerano. The well tended house and garden have views of the sea, mountains, and sunrise. Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and our room was very comfortable. If you’re hiking the path of the gods, we highly recommend staying here since you’ll get a taste of country life in Italy while still being very close to the trailhead. All of there amenities in the house are new and work really well. AC, wifi, linens, mini-fridge. Everything was clean and very nice. Best shower I’ve had in days! Honestly no complaints! We hope to be back one day.

5 star experience and 5 star host - the property is so beautifully designed - the beds are so comfortable and the balcony is perfect to enjoy the view. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. The best thing about this property is the wonderful host Ariana and her sweet family - they were so so so nice - they offered us pick and drop service to Bomerano center and did not even charge us even after multiple requests. they were so responsive and always there to help us in every way they could. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful

Gorgeous property with artisanal touches everywhere. Everything is perfectly clean, lovely, and functional. Fantastic breakfast in the morning with eggs cooked to order, delicious homemade cake, and much more. It's an easy walk to Bomerano town center (there is a shortcut not shown on Google maps) and to the start of the Path of the Gods hike. A wonderful, kind, friendly family runs the b&b, and they will make sure your stay is comfortable and peaceful. I would stay again in a heartbeat if I were to return to the area.

It is a really nice location in the mountains away from the crowded coast, with an absolutely fantastic view to the Amalfi-Coast. The Path of gods is just a few steps away. The owner are fantastic. Friendly and engaged to help wherever they can.

It isn’t a dislike, more an information. The road to the hotel is a little bit challenging. Maybe you could remove the fridge from room 1 because it causes too much noise during the night ;-)

The warm welcoming, the little girl, made us laugh and happy, felt like arriving to a family home , the view and the nature around the place is wonderful, at night the view was magical , couldn't stop watching the moon, in the morning we injoyed the great breakfast outside in the beautiful garden with the singing birds in the background

The pillow was so high for us, we didn't ask to change - it was late when we got back to the room at night - I'm sure that if we did, they would change it.

Beautiful views and very friendly hosts. Great selection of food for breakfast. The hosts made us very welcome and answered any questions we had and also picked us up from Bomerano square when we arrived in the evening. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Little slice of heaven amongst the hills.

The only downside is getting to the B&B as it’s a lot of walking but great if you have a car apart from that can’t complain as we loved our stay.

The B&B Villa Italia was just amazing. The host‘s were super friendly and there for you if you need anything special. For me the location of the B&B as well as the kindness of the host‘s were my highlight of my stay. The breakfast was amazing! Typical Italian breakfast with a lot to choose. Everything was super clean. The area was really quiet, so good for sleeping. For me just WOW! I will definitely come back to visit the Amalfi coast and for this plan, I would book the B&B Villa Italia again. Thank you very much for everything :-) Many greetings, Benni

The villa is beautiful. It is easily accessible, only 10 minutes walk from Bomerano center, from where you can easily go to Amalfi or Positano. The whole place was very quiet and calm, and the villa has an awesome view. Our host was very-very helpful and kind, she helped us with anything when we asked, and she gave us plenty of useful information. The breakfast was very good, she and her mother made very good coffee. The whole villa was very clean, they cleaned our room every day. The whole experience was very positive, highly recommended!!!
