Mercure Milano Agrate Brianza

The room was spacious and excellent for a family with the dividing wall and sliding door. Very clean and serviced daily. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking outside. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choices and good value for money. Only a 45 min journey from Malpensa airport and about 25 mins in the car from Milan center. However we drove about 15 mins to Sesto Marelli and parked the car for the day (6 euro) and hopped on the metro across the road into Milan (2.20 euro, children free). We would definitely recommend this hotel for families despite the out of town location.

Location was far away from any local amenities - you ideally need a car to get around. No public transport nearby.

- Great large room with AC and very comfortable bed and comfortable sleeper couch - In our (4-person) room, the bedroom could be sectioned off by a moving wall. Great idea. - Hotel is located in a very quiet area and rooms have good soundproofing - The personnel was very helpful, professional and efficient - Very complete and overall excellent breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel, which contrary to expectations, was excellent as well.

- e were traveling by car and used this hotel as a stopover to get some rest for the night so the location suited us fine. But the hotel is located in an area with very few shops our restaurants so don't expect to go walk out and go for dinner in the area.

The facilities are perfect: large, clean room, which may fit for 5 people (but the maximum number of people allowed/ room is 4 I guess?). The staffs were friendly though we reached the hotel late at night (11 pm). They did support a lit when I had questions and my sister came late (the next morning)

The BIGGEST drawback regards the location. It’s far from Milan center, it’s definitely not suitable for person who travel by public transports. But if you own a car and you want to travel to Bergamo or Como or some places around, it is OK. Since it’s in a separate region, you may find it difficult for finding somewhere to eat. A minor disadvantage is you have to ask for bathroom stuffs such as toothpaste or toothbrush (of course for free) but they are not prepared in your bathroom.

the rooms are very spacious and the view was nice. the breakfast area was ver clean and the food service was awesome. the staff was helpful.

The heat in our room was way too hot and it became unbearable, without a way to change it ourselves, but we spoke with the front desk and they sent maintenance personnel right away to turn it off. The bathtub was a bit clogged. At check out time, we communicated all the issues to the front desk, and they compensated for the inconvenience.

- connected rooms are available (we have travelled with kids) - the beds were comfortable - the hotel provides water free of charge - easy to find - enough parking slots including semi-closed underground area - free charging stations for electro-cars

- breakfast area is too small for a hotel of this size, thus was overcrowded after 9 am - the towels have had not very pleasant smell - the way to the underground garage lies next to the garbage collecting zone

Perfect hotel on the outskirts of Milan. Very convenient when traveling by car from other European countries. The staff all speak English. It has its own restaurant, which is open until late as well as 24 hour room service. Parking is free in front of the hotel. There are no height restrictions for your vehicle. Bus parking also available.

We weren't really impressed with the continental breakfast options. Not much choice and lack of flavor. Even the scrambled eggs and bacon tasted funny. However, this seems to be quite common in Italian hotels.

We booked two rooms - both very clean and comfortable. Such a friendly and welcoming man welcomed us at reception. The decor is modern and attractive. The bathrooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Easy parking just outside the door (free for us as we were stopping just one night, arriving after paid parking finishes at 20.00). I understand there is free parking somewhere nearby too.

The room is very comfortable, well-equipped and feels cozy. The bathroom is great with a perfect shower. Very good breakfast with pleasant service. Free parking on site.

The soundproofing of the room is terrible. We heard all of our neighbors (above, below and by sides), like you are sleeping in a carton box. The air conditioning (heat) almost didn't work, even after we put a maximum on the remote control.

we came for the Monza GP, on previous years the shuttle bus to the circuit was free, but this year it was €5 pp per way!! and it only took you to the official shuttle bus which you also had to pay for. this means it was much cheaper and more convenient for us to drive our car the the car park and pay for that.

Very nice hotel, staff is great and kind, food was delicious with great choice. Reception desk was very helpful specially Anna and transfer van driver.. thank you again!!

If you are there for F1 weekend it would be best to come with car as public transport and taxi are not available at that time and hotel is not easily accessible unless you organise everything in advance with hotel.
