Very poor sound insulation. In the morning we can hear the cleaning lady working in the other rooms - difficult to sleep after 8am because of that. Furnitures are a bit old Very small shower

The location is the best. Breakfast was great, fulfilling covid measures. Staff kind and friendly. Although the furniture at the room is a bit old fashioned, everything was clean, with locker and minibar available. The hotel offers discounts for some restaurants around. Thanks for that. There is private parking available (15€ per day).

The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and bars, although I guess in Alassio this is generally the case. They also have bikes to use which we didn't need but I thought that was a cute addition. The room was also not facing any major roads and the main strip by the beach in Alassio is car free which is so nice! The staff were helpful and we could leave our bags after check-out which meant we could spend our last hours on the beach.

we had water damage in the room, I literally had the wall crumbling onto my bed. Everything in the room and hotel is dated and tired. We tried the breakfast the first morning and didn't go back as it wasn't great and again, the room it was served in was just not worth visiting when you can have a coffee for 2 Euro anywhere else. I wouldn't go back to this Hotel if we visited Alassio again but overall the prices were better than elsewhere (we booked very short notice) and we only went there to sleep so it was ok. Mouldy bathrooms though so if you're a neat freak this is not for you.

The hotel needs a good facelift, It is showing its age; tatty all around but they compensate with a welcome drink accompanied with snacks and served by two young proffessionals that really go the extra mile. Bathroom complete with bidet. Bathrobes and slippers in the room. Nice gym. Good central location just 30 metres to the beach. We were given 10 per cent discount vouchers for nearby restaurants. We tried one and It was a really good fish restaurant. Breakfast was ok.

The room needs painting. I had asked for a quiet room and It was not, but i doubt they have one in the building. Obviously there is no insulation. Our room was overlooking the back of close neighbouring buldings which we would not have minded if that meant quietness, but It did not. We have a big car and exiting the parking was a bit of a struggle. We would not stay there for a vacation as It lacked the confort but for just 1 night on our way to lake Como It was ok.

The room with the two beds was very basic and not very nice.

It is positioned in a side street and therefore very quiet.

At check-in I was asked to write down a credit card number on a piece of paper as a guarantee against the damages we could have caused in the room. I told the lady this kind of conditions should be told BEFORE we book and pay the room, the only answer was ‘if you don’t want to write a credit card number you can leave 50 € cash, we’ll give them back to you after checking the room. I could not leave since the room was already paid!

The location was fantastic. The room was really bad very priced for what it was!!

The water temp in shower kept changing. The room was overpriced, this room as worth maybe 120€. The lift was extremely slow and the breakfast was very average.
