My wife me and our dog felt very welcome at Baba residence from the first day. The location could not be better with an easy walk to the beach through a safe underground passage. Great both for humans and dogs. The restaurant at the residence is very good and friendly so we loved staying at the residence in the evening too. No need for cooking yourself. A big role in the pleasant stay has been played by Baba Beach which was very well organized and serviced. We appreciated the distance between beach chairs allowing our dog (and us) to feel safe and comfy.

The kitchen could be better equipped. It would need a better fridge and ice maker. Quite noisy air conditioning, it would like a change. The internet was quite weak and slow.

This was our second year at the baba residence and we opted for the Baba dream that comes with some great features.. Spectacular view. Luppi bathtub on the terrace is a nice touch. Powerful airco. Wide private open area for the dog to roam. Residence's facilities and restaurant are always top.
Any sort of vegetation would be a welcome addition in the gravel/stone terrace as it keeps the heat of the sun during hot summer days.

One of the nicest beaches west of Genova. Accomodation excellent with stunning views. Beach services state of the art by a bunch if young enthusiatic people. Excellent food both at the beach bar and the Baba residences. Breakfast was offered which was a nice surprise!
Room service could be more frequent.

We had a wonderful stay at Baba Residences, from very comfy appartments , amazing sea view , and very kind people. The 2 restaurants offer delicious food , the easy access to the private beach and all the accomodations have made our holidays the best ever! We will come back for sure! Gracie!

We had an amazing stay at Baba Residences. I have never been somewhere so dog friendly; dog food, bowl and dog bed in our room upon arrival, the dog beach 100m away, and an off-leash dog area on the property itself. It was perfect. We also travelled with our 21 month old. There was an on-site playground that we could hardly leave because he enjoyed it so much. The tennis facility offered other games, trampolines, and soccer. The property is so well catered for families - we would visit again! The view from our studio apartment was phenomenal. Thanks so much.

The apartment with beautiful view was very comfortable, there is everything you need. There are a lot of facilities like private beach or place for dogs. What is also great is that the pets are more than welcome. It is a great place to chill.
The street that goes under the Residence. It was very busy and loud sometimes.

The view from the balcony was fantastic and the room size big enough to allow us a lovely stay with our 2 dogs. Plus points for the provided dog beds, bowls, the special welcome dog food and the best hotel dog park we have ever been.

Amazing view. Fantastic location. Wonderful restaurant on the premises. And extremely family friendly with playgrounds and activities for children. Will be back here 100%.
Sometimes the service was slightly lacking but not to the point of it affecting our trip.
