Everything from the beautifully clean swimming pool to the sun loungers cleaned on a daily basis to the fact that that there are only 5 rooms giving the hotel an intimacy unrivalled by any other hotel we have ever stayed in. Its only a few feet from your hotel bedroom doir to the poolside. The food both for breakfast and evening meals (priced separately) was simply out of this world and locally sourced. The hotel' location was easy to locate. Parking for 4 out of potentially 5 cars was under a double awning. We had air conditioning, a fridge, a table and we never had to ask for toilet paper like some other establishments we stayed at in Italy. Truly a wonderful and memorable experience. Faultless. Would love to return.

We were travelling with two young kids and our stay at B&B Il Leccio was beyond expectations! Run by a retired chef, his wife and two sons, this family-owned B&B felt like home. Not only it is very central, less than 1h drive from most attractions in the area (7mn from Alberobello), it is also very quiet. We had a big, very comfortable and very clean room, the pool to ourselves and the most delicious breakfast every morning, all local and home-made. Guests can also enjoy simple but really delicious food at the restaurant, the kind you would only have if you stayed with locals. I would recommend this place to my friends without hesitation. We absolutely loved staying at B&B Il Leccio. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was great to be able to use the pool anytime we wanted, was super refreshing. Breakfasts were amazing, delicious, fresh and to our great surprise - there was always also a salty option. The family that runs the place is also super nice and helpful.

A family business , warmely meeting its guest. Very nice located, in a quiet olive-orchard zone, giving easy access to Grotte Castelano, Polignano a Mare, Alberrobello... Nice continental breakfast, and possibility to have a good lunch or dinner. You feel like at home!

Pool is incredibly clean, lots of parking space. Great breakfast spread and the on site restaurant is good for when you don’t want to drive into town.

quiet area with friendly and accommodating owners. breakfast was superb! lots of variety! beds were very comfortable with clean and soft linens and towels. almost new! good WiFi.

Perfect staff, helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for visiting the cave, Alberobello, the port towns like Monopoli. The beds are super comfy.

There could be an active ventilation in the bathroom and a little bigger TV… not that we had time to watch it :)
