Clean and modern property, very beautiful and spectacular views in a quiet part of town. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, which is always appreciated.

We were assigned a nice sized room/small apartment, which was obviously not complete with renovation works. For 2 nights it was tolerated, however the WiFi service was extremely poor and cell phone service (pretty much none) was not available from the location of the room. The unit was void of a refrigerator and the door to the toilet did not close propertly in addition to the door´s handle not being properly attached. The room should not have been assigned without some form of compensation, however we made the best of it since the staff was very kind. We would return again after they have had time to sorted out various issues

Personal is very friendly. When we pass the reception, the lady gave us bottles with cold water when we went out. Also the same when we were leaving, it was very kind. The breakfast was with a great quality, especially pastry, the croissants were delightful (best I had in Italy that week), good variety of ham, etc.

The change of the air in the room was not good. When the windows were open, the aircon did not work (which is right) but there was no easy way to move the air out from the room. Maybe a fan would help, to have window open during the night?

Breakfast was very good and, frankly, I appreciated the fact that the options were limited but everything I tried was very good. There was a mix of the typical sweet things found in the area, but there were also savoury options and cereals. The nuts were delicious.

It would be a exaggerated to say that I 'didn't like' the communication in English. On the contrary, I found it charming. However, I can imagine some might get impatient.

The Hotel was a beautiful restorated church and ministry. The room with balcony was wonderful. The restaurant served excellent tasted dishes, especially the home made bread. Portion were small for the price you pay, but very tasty. During our visit my wife needed an urgent operation at the local hospital. The team from the hotel arrange a doctor and let me stay in the same room, until my wife was released from the hospital. The team made the stay to be comfortable and asked every day how my wife was doing and even more gave a flower for her homecoming. The servive was very good and for sure we will book this hotel again, if we in this area..

The hotel and the personnel were excellent and we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We were traveling with children and we had two independent but close rooms. The hotel is in a very quiet and cozy place, at a reasonable distance of many beautiful places to visit in Italy (Milano, lake Como, etc.). The breakfast was delicious, with excellent pastry, superb coffee and exquisite Italian cheeses. It was perfect for us.

Beautiful restored old building with nice touches to show its heritage. Great staff and excellent breakfast. Property has a nice outdoor sitting area for a drink.

Rooms are a little small, but this is to be expected for a restored building.

Rooms and entire Hotel was amazing. Staff super helpful and friendly. freshly baked goodies on the breakfast table every day. We will come again. Not to ignore is the wonderful Restaurant, that everyone should definitely go to for a special dinner. Totally worth it.

The cleaning should be done more carefully. the bath was not well cleaned. I don t know if was an accident by us or not, hope it was

Comfortable and newly renovated room in a historical building (convento). Quiet location. Good access to public transport (a streetcar every 15 minutes). Excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was a true gem. In a quiet location, this cosy charm had everything we need: very comfortable and quiet room, with a simple beautiful interior. The staff were very attentive, always smiling with a positive attitude and willingness to help. I would love to be back.
