The room we had was spacious for our needs, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balconies were very large in size! The beach view was beautiful, even though the day was extremely windy. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of things, and had everything from fresh fruits, cereal, bread, to pancakes, juice, and pastries.

The balconies could have been a little bit more decorated for the size, ours felt a little empty.

The hotel is situated right across the road from the beach and our room had lovely views. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a large lit balcony. It's a short walk to the working harbour and marina where there lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel doesn't have parking and all on street parking is metered between 9AM and 10PM but it's only 1€ an hour and the time carries over to the following day so don't have to be out earlier to top it up.

The WIFI was very slow during the evening to the point it stopped working, it could do with improving.

Excellent room, beautiful view, clean, well equipped. Next to the Port of Anzio, a lot of nice restaurants, and little shops. All is at walking distance, beach is amazing and just in front of the hotel. A real good discovery.

Nothing all was good, maybe put an iron at disposal in the rooms for ironing clothes, for the rest all was super nice. The cleanness of the room was way above expectations.

Beautiful hotel everything was comfortable, especially the bed, my room was spacious and inviting. The hotel is in a great location in front of the beach. Easy stroll to the port and the centre within a few minutes, but you have everything around you as you step outside the hotel doors. What makes this hotel so lovely is the staff, friendly, helpful, informative and warm. English is spoken so that helped me as I hardly know Italian, they helped me with my booking issues with care. If you wanted to catch a train it's only a 15-minute walk from the hotel, so this made everything easy as I left for Rome. I particularly loved the large balcony, lots of space and great views of the promenade and that sea. Will be back to stay again. Thank you.

property is right on the beach. it is an old fashioned Italian family hotel with all the advantages of that, but has no five star pretences at all. Most people will love it - others maybe not so much. The owners and staff put everything into it to make you feel comfortable.

Maybe the garbage truck waking you up standard at six in the morning.

Unbeatable seaview from a large terrace, thoughtful interior design, modern facilities.

The breakfast is very limited, but the fact that can be taken on the front terrace facing the sea somewhat makes up for the lack of options.

The location was very good. Friendly staff serving a good breakfast and organizing beach towels. The size of the room was good and the terrace outside was surprisingly large. The view from there was excellent. The bathroom was good, too.

not far from the sea and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. The rooms are not big but cozy.

I definitely recommend only rooms with sea views!!!

Location was great, as well as the breakfast and staff.

The Wifi was very spoty. Constantly dropping off. Very frustrating for a digital nomad. We had to use our phones for hotspots many time through the day.

Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, convenient location, tasty breakfast, amazing view, huge balcony with chairs and sunbeds.
