The posted photos don’t do justice to this lovely place. Our room was so comfortable and modern. The hosts were all very hospitable. The restaurant on premise was perfect and the road outback that takes you directly atop Assisi felt private and safe; hardly any cars drove by. The included breakfast and secure-free parking are a huge bonus. You’ll love this property.

The location was very good - just at the hotel a road (15 minute walking distance) guided us directly to the city gate and old centre of Assisi was at our hand. Free parking, good restaurant practically just by the hotel. Nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast was abundant, coffee very tasty :-)

unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not working in our room (#201) and there was no WiFi access in the breakfast area

The hotel was ideal for our trip to Assisi. The location was just outside the main town area so better for us. The breakfast was very good with a vast range of different foods and as much to eat as we wished.

The hotel was ideal for us but may be difficult for one with mobility issues due to being at the bottom of the hill leading to Assisi. Nothing we did not like.

An interesting hotel in an excellent location. Loved the quirkiness & very handy for visits to Assisi. An invigorating walk up the hill! Friendly welcome. Enjoyed the evening meal in the Osteria

Bags of cleaning outside our room door for the whole of the first day. The weather (can't blame the hotel for that one!).

The owners are warm, very helpful and down to earth, made us feel welcome and spared no efforts to make us feel home. My recommendations to any guests who would choose to stay here.

Only ten minutes walk back down the hill from Assisi. Great location fir visiting the hill town. Very good restaurant on the same site, which is very popular with local people.

Breakfast was a little basic but very friendly.

There are plenty of parking spaces free, a very good restaurant sharing the same yard. The hotel is very close to one of the gates of the town center of Assisi (walking up taking about 10 minutes).

Breakfast not much of a choice. At least their coffee is good. They served mostly sweets, am a diabetic🙁
