The breakfast was a good travlers' hotel type of spread, with very fresh croissants, fruit, and an assortment of other foods and beverages. There was a staff person on hand to assist in any special needs.

They need to install charging facilities in the room since we all have cell phones, etc. to recharge during the night. I think there was only one wall plug installation.

Great place on the central square of village, close to magnificent cathedral and train station Assisi: 10 minutes to Spello, 20 to Perugia, bus stop to Assisi and to airport is literally a few steps :)

good hotel, only the mattress need to be changed, but great location and big rooms, bathrooms..

The breakfast is quite not really what I’m expecting. Too simple or poor , one type of bread which is sweet croissants. and cut pieces of sweet pie or cookie not needed actually for breakfast. I recommend another two kinds of bread or not only sweet croissants but baquet or crokant bread. There is no eggs at all.

Staff not friendly, constantly shouting at each other. We literally had to fight for our breakfast. For this money, you can get a far better deal in Assisi historical center

The location was great. It was right across the street next to the Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli. It was also walking distance to restaurants and the local shuttle bus.

We were awaken all through the night every night by the other guest in the same hall as our room . Easter Sunday night their childer were up until 2AM yelling and running around. The rude parents of the out of control children woke us up at 4AM, when they came home from being out. The hotel staff needs to do better and controlling the noise late at night. The beds where uncomfortable and the beding was very old and didn't seem clean.

Staff were not especially friendly. Helpful enough but nothing special. The rooms were drab and dark, in need of decorating. The shower was ridiculously small. No idea how the TV worked. I could have asked but I was only there one night.

In the hotel restaurant waiters were not so intereated for guests. The older receptionist was very kind but rest of the team was a bit lasy and not so polite. Hotel was on good location in the center and rooms were very clean.

The staff and location of the hotel were good. Easy to find and check-in, only a short walk from the train station.

The interior of the hotel is quite outdated. I did also have some problems with the air-conditioning in my room.
