We had a fantastic stay in Hotel della Piana. We stayed for 12 days at the hotel. The hotel is very good situated to visit Abruzzo. You are in the middle of all the National Parks and in 1 hour you are on the sea side. The people of the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. They have some nice rooms, which were always clean. Also the breakfast is huge and very good. Their restaurant Napoleone is also recommended. Top hotel, many thanks to all people working there.

The best hotel we had in our trip! The crew is amazing! treated us like family! all the staff are very smiley and helpful, the receptionist Jovana was incredibly nice, always greeting us with a big smile , she helped us with EVERYTHING starting with making us a tour map in google maps according to our preferences, she helped us to find restaurants, and much much more! The owner Lorenzo was also so nice and helped us with everything we needed (for example we had a problem with a ticket we needed Italian for and he helped us with a smile). also the breakfast was good and the waitress ordered food especially for everyone who asks. The rooms are big and the bed was very comfortable and there is a lot of free parking. Incredible hotel. we will be back for sure!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was spacious and spotless. Exceptional spacious bathroom with a large and well designed shower. Good room facilities with Android TV. The pool looked nice though we didn't get a chance to swim in it.

Returning later in the evening made it difficult to find a parking spot but the restaurant next door had spaces further away. A coffee machine in the room would have been a nice touch.

This new hotel is well appointed and has a great pool. There is secure parking onsite and the breakfast has a good range of options.

We really struggle with the air-conditioning issues in Italy and it never seems to be cool enough or is centrally controlled by the hotel, we carry our own small fan to assist our comfort.

The breakfast was wonderful…The location close to shopping complex and the motorway ( Regional) … The restaurant next door was all booked .. ( weekend busy)… but the shopping complex had a great food court and supermarket . The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly .. easy parking on site .

Clean comfortable rooms good breakfast pool which is nice even though the weather was a bit cold Staf is more then friendly and nice.

Location is so-so. If you want to go to city center, you need a car. WiFi could be better. Sometimes AP is full so you cannot connect.

Breakfast and location were both good. Staff was excellent and the evening meal they offer M-Th was surprisingly good.

The room was very small. We had two pieces of luggage and we had to climb over them to get around. A/C was not adequate.

Secure parking, everything was clean and modern the bed was big and lovely bathroom. Good location with great restaurants close by.

Pool was clean but freezing!! Air condition wouldn’t go below 25 degrees, it was 40 degrees outside.

Lovely fresh clean new accomodation in a convenient location. ground floor units were appreciated for elderly travelling party. The restaurant next door is a must visit for lunch.

Wonderful breakfast : A lot of choice both in savery and sweet. View from the dining area : Well tended garden and the mountain view. It looks like north American motel but much more classy.

Better ventilation in corridors. It did not smell good.
