A great place to stay in Avola and as a base for exploring the sourrounding towns! A very tasteful, impeccabily clean and nicely furnished property. My room had a lovely balcony, a super comfy bed, and everything I needed. Additionally, there was a roof terrace with a lovely view, some tables and sunbeds. A charming beach with cafes and restaurants is just within a 15-minute walk:) The host can provide you with the beach umbrellas:) Everything was exceptional!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!! Everything was awsome!

First of all my opinion takes into account the price. Room was clean. Bed was cormfotable. Street is close and you can hear sounds but we slept well so it wasn't an issue. You can park for free on the street. No problem with finding free spot. Easy check-in and check-out. Close to Siracuse, Noto and to the beach, and we were searching exactly such room: clean, cheap, with parking, close to some places. You can find shops and coffeehouse close. Good heating/AC. The bed was goooood. Big terrace on the roof. Bedsheet, towels, small fridge. For such price you can't get better quality I think

Room and bathroom were very clean. Beautiful sunny room with a balcony. There is an equipped kitchen downstairs which was great. Bedroom had good block out shutters. Really surprised to find such a great place at a good price. Avola is a cute town. It's just a short walk to the main square and cafes etc. Parking on the street was easy to find (we travelled in February).

Just a little traffic noise.

The interior is beautiful. The bed comfort was heaven. Kitchen was clean and user friendly. The interior really cant be faulted. Neither can the staff.

The traffic noise. It states soundproofing. Unfortunately that is not correct. Very high traffic area. If it had soundproofing it really would be a 10. Lovely establishment with lovely staff.

Wonderful room, very newly renovated, everything was clean and just beautiful. The room had two balconies. Towels and shower gel were renewed whenever required. Bonus was the "smart home/smart room" Alexa: Turning on/off lights or the TV was possible by voice command (you have to speak Italian, though, but the voice commands are listed and it actually understood me ;-))

Room was really nice and well-located between center of the town and the beach. Only drawback is that the street was quite busy and noisy. The bed was ok but not great. Personnel was only available if needed, but flexible. I appreciated it very much that I could use a bike without extra cost.

I liked the size of the room, tall walls, the fact that TV and lights can be controlled over voice commands. I liked the interior of the bathroom.

Once I have entered the room I could tell there was cigarette smoke smell, light one, but a non-smoker notices that immediately. Also I could smell cigarettes smells on the towels. I guess it may have to do with vents

The property is 5 minutes walking from the city center and 15 minutes by car from the beach. The room was perfect! During our stay there was a lack of water in the neighborhood but the problem was perfectly managed by the host and solved in a couple of hours! On the last floor there's also a solarium where you can do the laundry. Great accomodation.

Very clean and beautiful. Good located. The bus station is close. To the beach about 15-20 mins walk. Theres a kitchen with a gas stove and a water cooker. The room had electric curtains and air conditioning. The bathroom very clean. Check in and check out smoothly.

The room is perfect for a small city trip. The bathroom is new and renovated and everything is very clean. I would recommend the hotel for a pure city trip, where you will not spend too much time in the room, therefore it is too small. For sleeping and a quick recharge in the hot noon, it is perfect. The WLAN is fast and stable.

The room is kept in a IKEA-style white, which can be a little cold and sterile, when you are used to the warm yellowish italian ambient lighting.. Also, once the key is taken out of the main switch compartment next to the door, everything turns off immediately. It would be nice to have at least lets say, a five minute timer to leave the room, and maybe check one last time for phone, wallet etc...
