Gianfranco and his wife are fabulous hosts. It is as if you are genuinely personal guests at their Villa. Breakfast was excellent, and such wonderful variety each day. Gianfranco also offered us coffee at times throughout the day. We had our two Grandchildren join us from Milan and had swims in the lovely indoor pool. We will certainly recommend a stay here via this review. But also by passing on the Villagramde brochure to our discerning friends!

The place was just great! The rooms were so clean and Mr. Joan Franko and his wife were friendly. The breakfast was very good and it felt like home. The parking spot were inside the Villa and for free. I really recommend this place because it was just great.

Very good location, there are few amazing restaurants close to the place. Villa is very beautiful, with flowers around the house. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. There are beautiful garden and small playground for kids.

The property was very clean, quiet, secure, safe, spacious and beautiful. This was a great place to hop on the train to go into Milan or out to Lake Como. We had wonderful adventures and the hosts are delightful! The breakfasts are fantastic!

The service is brilliant. I was greeted with a glass of wine. Allowed to park my van on-site. Wake up call and breakfast right on time. And the villa is just beautiful!!

The breakfast is good, the apartments are quite clean, very good parking, a bottle of wine as a gift from the owner. We also came with another child (4 years old), we were allowed not to pay extra. The place for breakfast is nice, with elements of design, but most importantly: unfortunately, the description and photos of the apartments did not correspond to reality. And we are faced with many restrictions (In many places - it was announced that this is a private area where you can not go)

First of all, the discrepancy between the description of the apartments and what we saw. The room is shown as 80 m, but in fact it is a maximum of 50 m. In the description of the apartment it is written that the apartment is the first floor, but in fact it is a small part of the first floor. Everything else is a private area with many restrictions, for example, the hall and what is shown in many photos, we could not use at our discretion. Why then do the owners show these photos? Instead of two bedrooms - one. In the description - one double bed, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds. In fact - one double bed and two single beds, which are placed in the kitchen. Looking at the description, we decided to take a small third child (4 years old) with us, the owners allowed us without additional payment (thanks for that), but it was uncomfortable to sleep due to the different number of beds...The villa itself is beautiful, but in order to spend a good time there, you need to clarify everything before making a reservation decision
