We always stay here when visiting my family in Battipaglia. We find the hotel, location and staff excellent for our needs. We always try to get a room overlooking the Tusciano River and, on good days we leave the balcony door open to hear the sound of rushing water.

The hotel was updated a few years ago and could maybe use a bit of freshening up but for the price and the location and the garage parking (available for a small extra fee) it suits our needs perfectly.

Proximity to our destination (visiting family who live nearby) while in Battipaglia was excellent. Hotel centrally located in the heart of the downtown area was very clean and our small balcony had a good view of the river and we really liked leaving our small balcony doors open to hear the sound of rushing water from the stream below. Staff very friendly and enjoyed a very good breakfast during our 3-night stay. A good value and for sure and this will be our number one choice of places to stay when we come to this area normally 2-3 times a year. Within very short walking distance of the center city area.

Our room was next to the elevator and we could hear the noise from the lift. Room lighting was uneven. Area above the bed very good as was bathroom but other side of the room was pretty dark.

This is the fourth time, we stayed in this hotel. As as usual all was ok. It has good parking and just round the corner on the 2 left hand side and over the bridge is a very good restaurant with excellent service . Room always clean and lift goes to the parking make it easy to bring the luggage. This time we had to leave early and we did not have time to take breakfast.

Very kind and helpful staff, able to speak english, for those of us that only know 3 Italian words. Stylish and comfortable room. Very good breakfast, with REAL coffee! Very good price/value ratio. It was a really pleasant although short stay.

There isn't much place for free car parking. The hotel have been open about that and have warned me early. I was lucky and was able to park on the street at the Hotel Palace.

There was a wide variety of pastries. The staff had our coffee ready when we came in. The staff was courteous.

The eggs were completely cold every single morning. More meats and cheese on the menu.

The initial contact with receptionist was not favourable. We we on a cycling holiday and so dressed accordingly. We had looked at booking.com so knew there were rooms available. We were told by the receptionist there were no rooms. I then showed the booking.com site and they then said they did. Apart from that everything met our expectation for a place to sleep before continuing our journey

This month I used this hotel twice due it is close to the motorway. It has good parking with security cameras and locked door. The breakfast was very nice with excellent service from the staff. Al exceptionally clean hotel. Air condition works perfect and the internet was very good.

Cannot fault anything. All is good.
