I have reviewed this accommodation before, so I would just like to add a few new things to my previous review. As we had a long journey ahead of us, we wanted to get an early start with an early breakfast. The owner, Marco, was very kind and flexible, and we were able to have breakfast at 06:30, as we requested. This time we got the second of the three rooms. This showed us that each room has a different décor and a different atmosphere, which makes it a pearl among the self-checkin accommodations. We really love this charming pearl of Italy. This was our second time here and I think we will come back again.

Nicely designed interior, great dining room. Small but cared nice garden. It`s all cozy. Me and my family loved to be here. We only stayed for one night, but you could easily spend a week here if we only evaluate the accomodation. The owner is enthusiastic and attentive. Overall, an accommodation in a quiet location with a very good atmosphere. I can recommend it with a calm heart to those who want to relax in great conditions either as a break from a long journey or as accommodation close to Milan.

You can't walk around the area very much, because there's practically nowhere to go, nothing to see. However, the owner cannot do anything about this.

Very warm, clean and extremely comfortable. We could park our car inside the grounds of the property. The host allowed our dog to stay. Marco (the host) was beyond fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely super, Marco cooked my husband a hot breakfast. There is a great pizza/pasta restaurant nearby, as recommended by Marco. We will stay here again on our return journey. Highly recommended, excellent value for money. Thank-you Marco.

Excellent value for money. From the word go, Marco made us feel very welcome. The flyer with infomation about nearby restaurants and sights was superb and helped us find an excellent restaurant with high-quality food at exceptionally low prices (La Terrazza in Cuggiono). Gated parking worked very well. It was also good to be able to sit outside. The breakfast was a bonus and offered sufficient choices for a short stay. We most definitely plan to stop here again on our way to or from Tuscany. Perhaps we'll add a night as it seems to be a good base for a train journey into Milan.

The chairs in the garden are not particularly comfortable (but this is being very picky considering the overall standard of the accomodation)

The host was very friendly. The view from the breakfast room has beautiful blooming flowers. The apartment was very warm.

The small bad had some issues: the things which keep the mattress were misplaced which only took a couple of minutes to fix. Pillows were small, but that might be a matter of personal taste. There was only one small place in the corridor to spend time outside the room (which might be needed for those travelling with kids who sleep early while adults can relax).

Marco was above and beyond to help us. He met us at the airport at 12am, swiftly took us to the accommodation and quickly checked us in. The accommodation is cute, welcoming and very well decorated. The breakfast was delicious (continental breakfast, but hey we are in Italy). He was there for us at any time - to take us to and pick us up from the station (tickets to Milan are €3.60pp - TFL should visit Italy for idea how to price tickets), to order pizza on our behalf (which was very yummy typical Italian pizza baked in the oven on woods), to answer our questions and to suggest sightseeing and restaurants. Thank you, Marco. We will definitely visit this place again 😊

the apartment was cute, clean and well appointed. we loved having little extra snacks when we arrived. the breakfast delivered to our room, was very nice and included croissants, coffee, cake, eggs, and sausage. Marco was fantastic! his communication was excellent and he provided very detailed instructions for us on how to get there and also provided recommendations of local restaurants. 10/10!

I have no words to describe how satisfied I am with my stay and I am very sorry that I could not stay longer than one night. I have never experienced such a beautiful and pleasant welcome in my entire life. After 1200 km of driving and a whole day spent on our feet finishing work, the peace and quiet we had for rest is something phenomenal. I am very satisfied with the breakfast and the choice is extra. A heartfelt recommendation.

I don't think anything can be better. Simply no matter how demanding you are, you can't find a problem. It's like you're home.

Nice B&B, everything you need , toothbrushes and toothpaste was a bonus , hairdryer and iron. We even had one small extra radiator that we used a bit in the bathroom. The heating was good. The blood orange juice tasty for breakfast, coffee machine. Close to Milan Malpensa airport by car, 18-20 min.

We stayed at this nice place just for 1 night. Perfect location, well equipped apartment with all you need even washing mashine. Very kind host that welcomed us, helped with a luggage and give information about restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended! Great value for money!
