All was good. Breakfast is good, with a lot of choices. Rooms are clean and you have all you need. Beach is good too, it's all sand, clean, with a separate place for smokers

There is no Parking place inside the hotel, only on the street, not a big deal but that would be the thing to improve. There is no swimming pool inside the hotel. You can hear people from other rooms very easily, so it's not so isolated but again not something that would change my mind.

My own beach spot included, bike rentals, breakfast was OK. They need to pay more attention to the fruit bowl and get rid of old fruit.

I didn't like that it could get really noisy with kids as there's a playground right next door. Bibione seems to be a hotspot for young people. Definately a town of tourism and having never been, should gave researched more. Beaches are FULL of hotel umbrellas.

Very nice Hotel, near to the Beach. Clean Room. Good breakfast, you always have table free for it. With parking was also no problem, you always can find free space near at the street. Also you get a card for sun bed at the beach. If you come with dog you can get discount for dog beach. Staff was also very friendly and helpful

Reserved space on the beach, which belongs to the room. The beach was close by, lots of pizzerias and shops in the area.

Air conditioner was a bit noisy at night, but was fixed the next day after we called the front desk. A cleaning could have been done on the air conditioner.

Mainly the nice staff and the perfect location. The breakfast was alright and food sensitivity was taken into account. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

Our room was a bit small, and the shower cabin extremely small. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear the neighbours.

Everything was perfect, just one small issue were very loud peoples next to us. Hotel have also own area place at bibione beach with private sunshade (is free for hotel guest)

Everything always clean, staff is smiling, greeting. Breakfast is delicious,

Lack of parking space. The fear that once we get there there will be no parking space around.

Close to the beach , clean rooms , breakfast has lot of option to choose . The Hotel receptions are very friendly and helpful actually the whole stuff was absolutely nice .

Close to the beach, in a very charming street. The room was a bit small for 3, but for 2 is ideal. Nice and large balcony. The breakfast was OK but would have been a bit more "continental".

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the beach in a quiet and cozy area.

The shower cabin was too small and needs a bit of modernization.
