Very welcoming staff. Extremely clean. Lovely breakfast. Welcome drink. Umbrellas to the beach included. Good location

You could sometimes hear other guests in the rooms nearby. The pool was not on site and I was not told how to get to it

The staff were very friendly and professional, the rooms spotless (and fully cleaned every day). The breakfast was really good, with plenty of options for everyone and having reserved loungers on the beach (and access to the pool next door) was great. I would definitely come and stay again.

The rooms are quite small and the fridges are tiny. Breakfast finished (and was cleared away) by 09:30 every day, which is fine for some - but trying to get two tweens/teens out of bed by 08:45 was a daily challenge ;-)

Location was very central, close to the beach and the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very comprehensive and good quality. Free cycle hire was available which was a brilliant bonus.

The bathroom in the room was very dated and you can sometimes hear noise from the next room and corridor.

bed was very uncomfortable, room wasnt that nice as shown on photos, but i saw other rooms were nicer. Water in jacuzzi was dirty

The hotel is in an excellent location. Staff very friendly. The room was clean, the food was very tasty. Everything was great.

It started with a call from Hotel Danieli who told us our booked room was not available anymore. They offered us a hotel room at their partner hotel: Hotel Bembo - for the same conditions and prices. Hotel Bembo has 4 stars. Except for the receptionist the staff at Hotel Bembo was very unpolite. They offered us a welcoming drink which we had to ask for several times to finally get it. The room was very small and decorated in an very old way. The bathroom was not cleaned. Especially the shower. The balcony was full of sand from the beach before we even got there. The air conditioning looked very dirty as well - as long as it was turned on the whole room smelled terrible. We slept their for 1 night and paid 187€. I was in a bunch of 3 star hotels before which where cleaner, prettier and cheaper! I would recommend this hotel to nobody. The price range is way to high and I really don‘t get where they got their 4 stars from.
