- VERY kind staff - breakfast, dinner (I mean food in general) - parking, beach sunshade with deck chairs included - rooftop jacuzzi - silent and working AC - nice balcony - great location with lot of restaurants, shops and gaming lounges around - staff speaks IT/DE/EN no problem - dinner menu available even in Czech? Wow. A+ for effort - did I mention very helpful and kind personnel?

The only con would be non-existent sound isolation between the rooms. But that seems to be common in all beach hotels in Italy AND it was quiet at night during our stay.

Very clean room, parking next to the hotel, beach closer than we thought) Breakfast was very good. The restaurant is in the hotel and very good. The menu is good and the food is deliciousI for half board as well. I don't know what to add) The hotel is very nice and good for a weekend or vacation.

Room and balcony weren't to big but had everything that we needed. Bathroom clean and renovated with a small window. The room has a mini fridge and the air condicion is well positioned. The staff is very nice and the owners very accomodating. We felt welcomed. Breakfast is rich and plenty. I recommend you eat at the restaurant. Guests have a 20% discount at lunch and 15% at dinner and the food is really worth the while. The portions are genourous and the ingredients fresh. I regret haven't tried it right on our first night. The beach is about 5 minutes walking distance and our reservation included free chairs at the beach. We also got a free parking place right next to the Hotel. There's also a whirpool on the 4th floor but our stay was too short and we didn't have time to use it. Next time because we will definitly be coming back. The Hotel also provides free bicicles. Great way to know Bibione. Try going in the morning. The streets aren't so crowded. Alongside the beach there's a bicycle lane.

The bed was too soft.

Very nice staff, great breakfast. The beach as well as parking was included. I recommend eating at the hotel restaurant! The room and balcony were very small, but as we spent very little time inside, that was absolutely no problem.

Good location- few steps to the main street and few minutes to the beach. Good breakfast, privet free parking. Umbrella and beach chairs are included in price room!

Very helpfulness and friendly staff. Nice hotel on the ideal place not far from busy street but far from noise. Perfect parking.Good restaurant. We would like to return again.
