When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the owner of the villa and she showed me around. They even have a TV room with a piano and a huge outside garden! I felt like I was inside a castle! But even though the building is so impressive, the staff was even better. I felt like home and the people here truly lifted my spirit and made me feel very welcome. I'd definitely recommend a stay!

Beautiful estate and building, but especially the very nice, warm and welcoming staff who made the stay very enjoyable. Good Italian (sweet) breakfast. Clean and quiet.

Elizabeta and her staff were very helpful. The mansion is beautiful; with a huge marble staircase, ornate and decorated ceilings in keeping with the grandness of the building. Ideal for weddings and plenty space outside to explore and stroll round. Very close to Iseo and other popular areas. We would visit again.

Hard to be picky. Perhaps a couple bottles of water in the room is the only thing I usefully suggest.

Fantastic place, beautiful architecture, calm and relaxing, the garden was a place where our kids played with joy. The staff was absolutely responsive and friendly. We stayed there for two nights and used the place as a starting point for going around the lake of Izeo. The food we ordered was delicious and the local wine offered from the host was also very good.

Amazing, unique stay! The hotel is situated in a charming old Italian villa, the well-preserved details of the house and its rooms are very impressive. The garden is beautiful and calm. The owner of the hotel is extremely warm and helpful.

The Villa and the family running it are both extremely nice, very welcoming and going out of their way to make anything possible. The building is super beautiful and the rooms too. There is a big terrasse all guests can use and a huge garden /park to sit in. There is always fresh coffee! The area around Fantecolo is also beautiful with many vinyards and a lot of green area. All in all, it's a perfect location to escape from the city for a few days!

The Villa is quite remote, which is perfect because it's calm and quiet. Unfortunately, it is difficult to move without a car as public transport is not very common. Anyway, this is not the hotel's fault of course and guests without cars just have to be a bit flexible.

Amazing location! Very peaceful villa. The owners were really nice! When I asked if there was a place I could rent my bike, they lent me one of theirs! Breakfast was fantastic too! I didn't have WiFi in my room but there are other places in the villa where you can connect. Will definitely come back here if I'm in the area! Feels like home.

The villa is quite impressive and it almost feels like you’re staying in a castle. There’s a massive garden surrounding the villa where you can just hang out when you’re tired. The rooms are really nice, especially if you get one of the huge balconies, and the bathrooms are spotless. The host and her daughter are incredibly nice, they made us feel warmly welcomed, were always helpful and seemed to be genuinely in a good mood all the time. It’s a drive of 20 minutes to lake Iseo or to Brescia, so be sure to arrive by car.

We were overwhelmed with the kindness of Elisabeta and Giulia - we were feeling more like guests than the customers! Beautiful setting, great welcome and care and also a great conversations! We would be happy to be back and to recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet break.

The property is physically very impressive. The staff are extra-ordinary. Difficult to find because address is not in GPS system.
