Such a lovely accomodation! The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with large trees. The house itself is beautifully and originally furnished and really very clean. My room was spacious, cozy and even had a terrace with a great view of the greenery. It is wonderfully quiet and you can sleep with the window open. But the best part is the hosts: Paola and Dino are so hospitable, generous and kind that you immediately feel at home. I would have loved to stay longer! 🙂

No complaints – it was even better than expected!

Paola and Dino are wonderful! They make you feel like part of the family. You feel like their guest and not a customer. Their home is beautiful, full of personality. It is a feel of the reel countryside Italian life. We highly reccomend having dinner at the house. Dino is an amazing chef, and Paula as well makes wonders in the kitchen. Everything is fresh and local. The wine is from the neighbours and the eggs from the chickens in the garden. If you are lucky they might share some stories of their lifes and family with you. The collected value is something money can not buy!

Paola and Dino were so kind. As a single adult female, traveling by myself, I felt incredibly safe in their home. Plus, they have an electronic gate for coming and going. Though I knew there was no air conditioning, the fan was all I needed. Since I had already booked for a week in Florence and the need to stay out in Bucine came up at the last minute this location was a great value.

I don’t even know where to start since our stay at Campo alle Monache was one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed at! Paola & Dino are the best, they make you feel like you’re coming home the moment you walk in the door and you say hello. I highly recommend trying the Tuscan dinner than Dino makes— he used to own a restaurant and his food is delicious! The breakfast in the morning is also perfect. On top of their incredible hospitality, the location of their home is perfectly located with easy access to Siena, Florence, Arezzo and all of the beautiful towns in between in Tuscany. Their property is really clean and the bed was comfortable as well. We were only there for two nights but I wish we had longer, but Paola & Dino’s place is one that I know we will come back to one day! If you want to add a real authentic Tuscan experience to your trip, you must stay here. Thanks so much for everything, Paola & Dino ♥️

Everything was perfect.

What can I say - this was the best place we could have chosen for our trip in Tuscany. Dino and Paula were amazing hosts. They prepared us traditional Tuscanian dishes for dinner, which were absolutely delicious. Their house is located away from the crowds in a cute little town called Bucine - the perfect starting point to every city in Tuscany. Everything about the stay was perfect. They made us feel at home.

The Owners Paola and Dino are very kind-hearted people. Their house lays in a country side, where you can hear only birds singing literally all night long. Room clear, big enough and the bathroom clear too. The breakfast tasty and enough to start the day with full of energy. I surely recommend the site.

the property is super quiet and relaxing. the hosts are super kind and a pleasure to chat with them. the rooms are very pretty, clean and with really comfortable beds. the view from the rooms is gorgeous and i will definitely go back!!

We had an amazing, unexpected stay of one night at Paola’s and Dino’s and we felt so welcome and comfortable at their B&B. We also had dinner at their place and it was one of our best meals during our trip in Italy. Much recommended!

What can I say - If I could, I would rate Paola's and Dino's place a 10000 out of 10!!! First about the owners. Paola and Dino are perhaps the sweetest, friendliest, hospitable, caring people I have ever met in my life. Both are such selfless loving souls who will go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and perfectly happy. We miss you already!!! Nestled between gorgeous trees on a huge property and surrounded by vineyards stands the charming, well cared for house. You walk in and are already enchanted. Dino and Paola live downstairs and you will find your room upstairs which radiates so much charme. Everything from the interior to the beds and the bathroom is amazingly cared for and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. Outside, you can roam around the garden, lie on the sun beds to read a good book and relax, meet the chickens and marvel about the beautiful home grown tomato plants. THE FOOD! Wow. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with so many delicious things to munch on in the mornings. You get everything your heart desires, from omelettes (the eggs are from the chicken in the garden!!), to bread with delicious spreads or cheeses, cake, good coffee, .... Dino and Paola serve the breakfast either outside (I think) or in their beautiful dining room on a big table. And now the best part: The dinner. You can choose to get dinner at theirs for only 15€ including amazing wine and so much Tuscan food to eat!! Dino has been a chef for 40-50 years and is a great cook. We had the loveliest evenings sitting under the fairy lights in the garden, chatting, drinking wine and eating the most delicious food. We are both vegetarian and Dino and Paola went above and beyond to treat us with the best options. I am still drooling over Dino's Parmigiana di Melanzane, pasta, and Panzanella... Also, it's such a great home base to explore the Chianti region!! In short: A MUST STAY!!! <3 Much love and we will come back soon!!
