The hotel is 5 min walk to Cagliari train station (and from there, it is 10 min by train to Cagliari Airport). It is 1h 30 min walk to Poetto beach, and I really reccomend go walking instead getting a taxi/bus, as you can go walking close to the coast (marvelous view). The breakfast was good, but do not expect many varieties. In general staff were friendly. The room was big, clean and comfy. I reccommend the hotel. And I would book again in a next time.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location, couldn't be more central to so many bars and restaurants. Train station is only a few minutes walk away. Staff on the front desk were very friendly and girl who checked us in found us a room ready even though we arrived very early. Room and bathroom were spotless and air con worked brilliantly which was well needed in 38 deg heat! Breakfast was very nice, usual meats, cheeses, bread, fresh fruit, lots of cakes. And the setting on the 4th floor terrace was very pleasant every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The 4th floor terrace is advertised as being open all day but no one was ever in it once breakfast was over (anytime we went up). Maybe needs to be promoted a bit more for guests to use it, it's a lovely spot but needs atmosphere. Be lovely to sit and have a drink there in the evening time if there was a barman and other people around.

The Hotel is located right in the centre of all amenities, close to the Port, hundreds of Restaurants and Bars available, close to the main shopping area, I would not looking elsewhere for a short stay in the City of Cagliari. The room was spacious, clean, nice big bathroom too. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was included and offered a great range of products ( and the breakfast staff were very good and professional under pressure). Overall excellent value for money.

Very central location with so much bars and restaurants in the area Room was quite big. Bed was okay, mattress a bit hard for me and my wife. Although located in the centre, the room was very silent. No noise from outside. Breakfast location on rooftop is really nice with the morning sun. And breakfast options were good, but nothing fancy. Staff was really nice and helped us carry our stuff to the room. We had several bags and a big stroller with us.

We arrived by car on friday evening. Finding a parking was quite a challenge in the area. But it could have just been bad timing. Nothing else to complain about.

Perfect location. Our Superior room was comfortable and very clean, there was an electric kettle and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We had a modern, large and comfortable bathroom. Polite and helpful staff at the reception. On the first day we had problem with hot water and they've fixed it imediately, when we let them know. Fast and friendly service in the breakfast room. The Superior room was in the building across the street, not in the main building with the reception desk and breakfast room (we didn't know this before) but it was safe.

There were only paper coffee cups in the room. Not a large selection of fruit for breakfast.

We were in an adjacent building that is freshy and modernly renovated with lift for the first floor, so the whole design and room feels very new and modern! Very clean and comfortable, great bathroom, with kind staff. Very delicious breakfast with a lot of savour and sweet options, barista - made coffee and many more, served on the balcony! There's also option to have a drink in the evening on that balcony. In city centre, super close to the train station and parking next to it, in pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants, bars etc. nearby.

I loved this hotel. Although it looks nothing special, the staff were very friendly and flexible. The room was comfortable, bright and well thought out. It even had a terrace. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, and especially the homemade torta della nonna and fluffy fritters. There is a great looking terrace on the roof, which I didn’t get to use, but it looked amazing. The location was also absolutely perfect.

There was a plastic smell in the room but it disappeared if I opened the windows for a bit.

It was great, so well located, you can do so many restaurants and bars, the bus station to go to the beach is 2 minutes aways, the car rental offices as well. The breakfast was so good and lots of choices, I was impressed. The mist important thing is the bes, for couples it's so important to have a big bed, they put two singles bed together but they did it the right way, by using a lining that keeps both beds together, if you move nothing happens, the bed will not separate which is great.

There was this dental clinic odor in the room, then we realised there is a dental clinic just in front of our room 311, stil very happy with our stay.

Great reception checking in, easy to get to (we arrived by ferry from Palermo, just a 10min flat walk from port) Watched the UEFA24 Spain vs England final on the upstairs terrace which is a great comfortable terrace. Breakfast basic but tasty, staff very friendly.

Room was a little loud, the internal drainage system we could hear throughout the night. (People flushing toilet). Can’t understand the electric sockets and light switches literally behind the pillows of the bed, just didn’t make sense.

We did like proximity to restaurants etc. We did appreciate the ability to have a late check out and use the terrace before we caught the ferry.

We didn't like the small double bed, not long enough! The breakfast was too sweet. I would prefer some muesli rather than corn flakes! Caution-parking is not within facility so be prepared to park away from the hotel.
