The room is very big and looks fresh. Perfect localization because you have a calm neighborhood and no problem with getting to the 1EUR bus stop - it can bring you everywhere in Cagliari! Clean, fresh, and convenient room for every traveler. I was traveling alone but it is the perfect place to stay even for 2. Bathroom is clean and looks perfect. The owner and his support are 100% safe. He was msg me all the time asking what is my status and asking if I need anything. He was like "I am here but invisible" what makes you very comfortable and feel safe. A really perfect option for a short-term stay or a city break.

Breakfast is included in a nearby coffee shop (which is perfect by the way, the owner is a great person!) But breakfast includes a small coffee and chocolate croissant which is not what we would expect for the morning meal.

Really nice, quiet and super clean room! Lots of cute details in the decoration and the mattress is exceptionally comfy!The owner is really helpful, even picked us up at the airport at night and dropped us off at the city center on our first day. The breakfast is at a local cafe/bar and you have no timeframe to get breakfast - you can choose between coffee or cappuccino and one pastry (really yummy + convenient if you like sleeping in).

The cheapest way to commute to the city is with the busses. Unfortunately it is kind of a walk to the bus stations + the bed & breakfast is located a little outside of the city (approximate commute to the city center is about 30-40 minutes).

The room exceeded expectations, being exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the island's heat. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was a delightful start, and parking made exploring easy. Host's warmth made us feel at home.

The only minor thing lacking was a bath mat.

The apartment was very clean, everything needed was there and the stay was comfortable. The host let us park on his parking lot which was very nice of him. For breakfast we had a coffee and very tasty croissants.

When people are talking in the hallway of the building it’s a bit noisy, but as we were staying just for one night, it wasn’t a big problem.

The host is very nice, friendly and helpful. All clean, Wifi, Smart TV and new air conditioning that works perfectly.
