A very nice hotel near Ancona, beautiful lobby, friendly staff and a comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Oh and probably the best breakfast we’ve ever had in Italy, a wide selection of good food. And great service - you tell the barista which coffee you prefer and they bring it to your table. Just wow. :) We spent 2 nights there to visit Conero beaches. Highly recommend driving to a nearby lovely village Sirona, leaving your car there and walking to Sassi Neri beach. After a lovely day of swimming and relaxing you can walk around Sirona (there’s only one main street with lots of cafes/restaurants/gelaterias) and enjoy a cold drink with a panoramic view.

We had a lovely time. The location was optimal as it is close to the main street to get to the beach. There is 24h check-in service, and the staff were super friendly. The room itself was very good, nothing to complain about. One of the comfiest beds I have personally ever experienced in a hotel, functioning hair dryer included, and the AC worked flawlessly. Working Smart TV and Wi-Fi included in the room as well. The breakfast (which was included in our booking) had good variety and was extremely tasty. In addition, a Late check-out is included (12.00 at the time of out booking), giving time to properly sort luggages while not feeling in a rush to leave. Overall, I would recommend it !!

Don't really have any negative aspects to share. If I were splitting hairs however, the shower enclosure was leaking slightly during usage. However, it is a common "problem" in hotel rooms with glass shower enclosures. Minor nitpick, would still recommend.

Modern clean hotel close to the motorway for convenience. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was very decent.

Had to drive out to find a restaurant, although a small cafe bar next door will meet some peoples needs for snacks etc.

The room didn’t smell good so are the towels & the floor was sticky. Being in a 4 star hotel we’re expecting more toiletries too. The receptionists were not that welcoming but the ones in the breakfast area were nice

Everything. Nice, simple, quiet hotel. Good beds, free parking and efficient air condition. Excellent value for money.

If there is a thing, it can only be the location. However, we were on the way to the south and wanted a hotel just to sleep over, weren´t interested in any sightseeing. From our perspective, the location was irrelevant.

Comfortable beds and good room size for 3 of us. We had great nights sleep, room was spotlessly clean, good selection at breakfast, lovely staff, easy parking. All as promised. Highly recommend!

No food provision for the evenings - had to walk up the side of a main road with no pavement to get to the nearest restaurant

As we were transiting, the location of the hotel was convinient for us. It was clean and equiped with comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

- Modern, spacious and clean hotel. Beautiful furniture. - All the staff (cleaning ladies, receptionists, and breakfast team) is very polite and paying attention to any needs of the customers. Well done! - The bed is very comfortable. - The room is soundproof, so you don’t hear the traffic outside at all. - Good surprise while discovering a nice view on the hills and vineyards from our bedroom. - Close to the motorway and about 15 minutes to reach Sirolo. - The breakfast buffet (served by the staff due to covid, good point) has got a lot of choices and is made of good quality food. - Very large parking with good size bays, so no issue to find parking even with a big car.

- The bedroom itself is lacking of decoration (some frames on the walls could help). - The industrial juices are the only downsides of the breakfast. - The door of our bedroom was very noisy (room 315) so it has probably been annoying for the other customers.
