A large hotel complex with lots of activities for both adults and children. Rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of storage and a mini fridge which is re-stocked daily. The pool areas can get very noisy, we found the designated sandy beach area quieter, it's cleaned of any pebbles/stones daily although the coastline itself is very pebbly. All the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We booked a couples massage which was amazing, very relaxing. The buffet restaurant food is varied & has something for everyone. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

It can get very noisy near the pools, as a couple we would consider upgrading to the signature level for a quieter more relaxed stay if we returned.

The location is stunning. The whole resort is beautiful and spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely professional and very well trained and extremely helpful. Especially the crew in the extra time bar Salvo,Angelo, Giusi(fragolina), Giovanni L saverio, nunzio, and Gianlucca. I could not find any fault with this place. Selection of food available was excellent and considering the size of the place and the amount of staff it is extremely well organised. Would definitely recommend this place and will return again.

It's our 2nd time visiting and it surely didn't disappoint. Excellent food variety and exquisite quality. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and spacious as well. The entertainment team is super 👌 very nice and kind to kids!

The app slacks a bit as the information was not always entirely correct or updated, but not a big deal, as you can always obtain any info from the reception.

The whole location and the service made our stay unbelievably pleasant! The food and drinks were amazing!

When the big group of Polish people arrived the hotel unfortunately turned into a noisy night club and made it hard to relax which I actually came for.

Good facilities, good selection of different pools, buffet/main restaurant food quality was very good, 3 additional restaurants with a good variety of food styles. All staff were friendly and helpful but some really stood out. Sylvio at The Signature reception was incredibly helpful and responsive especially when I had a medical emergency- he was very thoughtful, kind and caring. Angelica at the beach front bar was incredibly attentive and friendly when we used the Signature lounge to watch the sun setting. We went to Extra Time quite a few times as they were so friendly and the service was so prompt, and the food was pretty tasty too! A special thank you to the whole team led brilliantly by Pi-F - Pierre - Franco?, Salvo, Nuneio, Giovanni, Saverio, Geremia and Guisy.we really enjoyed their wonderful hospitality!

Unfortunately there no sea views from any of the restaurants or bars. one area just for Signature guests did allow us to see the evening sunset but we all felt the resort layout had not made the best of the location next to the sea/beach. It’s a shame not to be able to sit at a table over looking the sea, hearing the waves, seeing the sunset etc - like most beach front resorts have, and we were expecting. An opportunity missed! The Thai restaurant had a very limited menu, there were no vegetarian options and the attempted veg meals that we ordered were bland and tasteless. Even the meat dishes did not taste of much at all - maybe we have been spoilt by such great Thai restaurants in the UK but I don’t think this was well executed.

The Resort is beautiful. It is large enough, very clean. The place is very well maintained, the gardens as well. The staff is very well trained and particularly kind, although I am convinced that it is not easy for them. The food is very good and very varied. Anyone can find food to their taste. We slept at the bungalow, but it was very pleasant, quiet, clean. I had a rental car, but I only left the resort twice. We enjoyed the sea, the gardens, the pool and especially our little granddaughter.

Room light and clean; good food at the buffet restaurant; exceptional food at the a la carte restaurant; the beach (always beds available); spa was nice although small; very nice staff (special thank you to Florent at the reception). Buffet restaurant very well organised, (thank you Giovanni at the restaurant). The bus to Cefalu (20 eur); the bus to Palermo (25 eur). the courtesy room where we could shower before our flight in the evening.

During our whole stay we couldn't get a booking for any of the fine dining restaurants which is done through the app on your phone where u enter your room number for booking! My thoughts on this is it looks like you need to pay exclusive package to get preference to the restaurants! Would've liked at least one evening fine dining! And also entertainment was poor after 22.00 each evening there was no good entertainment for a couple to head out at night ! Also pools where top notch but no music being played at pools no entertainment at all !! Few activities ok during the day if your interested in pool gym or volleyball!

Large hotel , upgraded to the signature package which gave us access to another restaurant, own pool area and better drinks package in the room ( but had to ask for it to be refilled) and at the bars. Individual restaurants were good, staff were very friendly, catered well for people with special dietary requirements . Evening Entertainment was ok - away from main hotel so not necessarily well attended - lots going on to entertain you in the day Very clean rooms - stayed in the bungalows away from main hotel - issue with building work next door but sorted once complained to hotel manager who moved us away from noise ; unfortunately the rooms were given to the next unsuspecting guests….) Hotel a little isolated - so understand why all inclusive

A little isolated so if you want to get about , need to go on organised trips or hire a car Despite the hotel rules stating that no one could hold the sun beds - everyone did so often couldn’t find a bed by the pool despite the beds being unoccupied for long periods of time

We stayed at this all inclusive resort for 4 nights in late September and had a wonderful relaxing time. If you arrive by train at Campofelice do note that there is no cab stand so do arrange your transfer to the hotel (5min drive- 10€) in advance or call the hotel which is what we did. Hotel itself is wonderful, we stayed in one of the rooms in the main building. Very clean, of course with A/C and a mini fridge with complementary beverages. The beach is where we spend the most time. It is not fine sand but rather coarse, as well as there are a lot of rocks in the beginning of the sea bed. Bring water shoes and a snorkel as this is an excellent opportunity to watch some fish and just have a good time in the pristine waters! The food at the buffet restaurant in the main building was more a 4/5. There is a great variety but the flavor was often lacking seasoning and flavor. We got to try only one (Portofino) of the a la carte restaurants as there is a reservation system that was already fully booked when we arrived which was a shame. Also recommend the burgers of the “xtra time”, perfect if you are looking for a snack outside serving hours. Drinks were abundant and selection was great. It was truly a pleasure to go to the beach bar, get an americano or a cold beer depending on the time and then walk back to the sun beds to enjoy a restful afternoon watching the Tyrrhenian sea. Last but not least I would like to mention the fantastic service in this hotel. Everyone was very efficient, helpful and friendly, making up for a full 5 star stay.
