What a perfect weekend getaway! The structure is a perfect mix of chic and italian charm and still modern, with a beautiful spacious relaxing outdoor space and so welcoming. From even before arriving, the staff communicated with me and made sure I felt completely assured and safe that all my special requests would be met ( I am a vulnerable high risk person, so if I go somewhere has to be with the utmost sanitary and disease preventive measures). This made all the difference, THEY WERE TRULY MET! The consideration and care of Kristina, Ariana, Kiara, and all in the hotel was truly heartwarming and something that really needs to be pointed out. It did seem they were understaffed and STILL managed with great efficiency to satisfy all our special requests. ROOMS : very spacious and clean, beds very comfortable, bathroom spacious and neat, only thing I would suggest is to install a hand held shower additional to the waterfall type shower head. We had a family superior suite, and a double superior room. The family suite the decoration is simple and more to a "child" theme, which compared to the exquisite beauty of my daughter's double room, made me a little jealous of her room :D. The breakfast was amazing. The perfect selection of everything you might wish and with a undeniable quality of ingredients. 0 Km! Just the focaccia on its own was like eating a cloud of deliciousness! You have cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, muesli, eggs, bacon, and can order from the kitchen. I ordered an omelette which I can say was one of the best I have had in a hotel. A mix of organic juices that had a smoothness and freshness to taste that as I write this review I wish I had a glass in front of me! The restaurant was closed for dinner the day we arrived and they anyway arranged a private dinner for us! So kind! The location is perfect as well, surrounded by wineries, restaurants, everything. I could go on and on. Clearly WE LOVED IT! And hope to come back one day!

Would be great if they had staff at the bar, to order easier the delicious granitas and iced teas! So refreshing!

We stayed in a good-size family suite consisting of 2 rooms. The rooms are nicely designed and decorated. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of sweet and salty food and freshly cooked fried eggs or omelette. The hotel territory is very nice with an outside swimming pool that looks very tempting. There is a charger for electric cars, and a self-service wine bar that I've never seen before. Kristina from the reception was amazing! She was very welcoming and happy to share a lot of tips on the places to visit nearby.

Good standard of hotel with helpful staff. Had a lovely meal the evening we arrived and the breakfast was also excellent.

Nothing specific comes to mind, however there was some minor building work ongoing, which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process?

We stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a wonderful holiday! The property owners and staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and always in for an excellent service. The property facilities are excellent. The breakfast offers all you can wish for. The rooms are very neat 👌 The surrounding area offers a lot of nice villages and the finest Italian wines and cuisine! We’ll definitely return one day, that’s for sure !

Nothing, no negative points!

The property is amazing with an incredible view on the surrounding hills. The bucolic landscape enjoyed from the poolside was very relaxing. The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and surrounding area.

The service was very good, so is the overall quality of the property. Staff very friendly and efficient. Most points of interest in the area can be reached by car in less than an hour.

The hotel is close to a busy road and my room was just over it, however the windows are soundproof enough to reduce this noise.

Staff very kind but not very well prepared in offering options for dinner and in particular drinks. Not a big deal but could have been more professional

Breakfast was outside on the view of the vineyards, clean and good choice. Hotel was very clean. Friendly staff at the reception, very very helpful and good dinner recommendations. Pleasant place for kids, loads of space. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perhaps the hotel could offer fresh juices and maybe an egg menu in Italian and English. After a few days a little change in the menu would be interesting. Nothing I didn’t like, but just a little addition :-)

Great place with excellent swiming pool . Great stuff , kristina was more than polite with excellent ristorante list near by .

Be careful with wine on maschine is very expensive , better take botlle 😄
