Nice small hotel in grealt location 2 minutes by walk on beach. Close to old city center. Lot of restaurants and shops very close to hotel. Breakfast is really high level. Biggest adavntage is quality of ingredients. Very tasty italian cheeses, hams, bottled juices, coffe, prosecco, omelets, desserts, pastry, even gluten free bread - everything in top quality. Nice prepared table with all comfort. You feel really luxury here. Rooms are modern comfortable and very clean. We had family room with 2 bedrooms and terrace - really nice and clean room. Room is everyday maintained, lot of clean towels and bottled water daily on room. Very good is beach service included in room price. Deck chairs booked for hotel are very close to water. Beach is clean every day maintained with lot of bars and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is TOP. We visited five restaurants in Caorle during our stay and Casa Costiera restaurant was definitely best of them. Also staff was very freindly and professional. Staff of hotel is very friendly and helpful. You feel really good here.

Here are several deatails which we felt like weak points but those are only minor points. Generally the hotel is great: - No parking and no parking places booked for hotel in some parking house. - Missing reception in time when restaurant is closed - it is understandable based on hotel size, but any phone number fir support would be good. - air condition was weak - some of staff dont know english ( but they are so friendly and helpful that at the end you will solve everything :) ) - menu in restaurant is only italian and german - no english

probably the best mattress i ever slept on, clean nice comfortable room, the bathroom is well separared so it make comfortable when travelling in pair, the beach is just in front and they also provide deckchair and beach umbrella, the people were very friendly and helpful, is only a few minutes wslk to the tien centre where the majority if bar and restaurants are , although this seems a very restaurant where to have dinner

The location is ideal (less than a minute to either the beach or the supermarket, with plenty of restaurants and gelaterias inbetween); there are separate secured entrances for the reception/restaurant area and the rooms; the beds are comfy (two pillows for each person, including a harder one); the breakfast is very good (we had several meal options, half of which were vegetarian; plus of course beverages, pastries and cereal); the staff is friendly and helpful; the room was sparkling clean (daily cleaning with towel/bedsheet changes); we had beach towels included, as well as other perks like umbrella and sunbeds (in a good area of the beach) and a discount at the franchise restaurant; we were allowed some flexibility for the checkin time.

The size of the room (and therefore the bed) and the bathroom is, as noted, small; the soundproofing is fairly poor (the street is quiet but passing cars can be heard even with the windows closed, and crying babies are also a problem); there is no balcony, which in a seaside resort is more useful than other places (although there is a laundry wire in the window which partly alleviates the need to dry clothes outside).

Very lovely staff, easy check-in, the room was clean and the cleaning lady checked it every day. Breakfast was okay, not too wide variety but was sufficient.

The room didn't have a nice view, unfortunately during the night the floor was very light and we could see it from the room as well. You have to pay for parking.
