Lovely location and setting, within easy reach of Caorle and a great base to explore the area. It took us ~45 minutes to drive there from Marco Polo airport (Venice). Apparently the hotel (and the restaurant next door) often gets used for weddings, and the beautifully kept gardens provide a lovely backdrop. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Italian breakfast (fruit, yoghurt, pastries, juice, and an excellent cappuccino) was delicious! The room was clean and spacious, towels were regularly changed, and there was air conditioning. There was soap/shower gel available but this was fairly basic, so it’s a good idea to bring your own if you can. It was useful to have a drying rack for beach towels and swimsuits (this was hanging in the wardrobe). Worth noting: - the hotel and restaurant share and address! The yellow building with the covered terrace is the restaurant and the white building with the balcony is the hotel. - having a car is pretty much essential to stay here, as it’s not within walking distance of town and buses seemed relatively infrequent.

Amazing stay! Authentic Italian villa. We were offered light italian breakfast with coffee, yogurt and pastries as a compliment! Room was big and comfortable. Short distance from the see and beautiful restaurant nearby.

Historical building at a very nice place, only 5 kilometer (5 minutes) away from Caorle. The owner was very friendly, rooms were clean. Whilst officially breakfast was not included, they served a basic but good breakfast at no extra cost. Free parking, air conditioning, no elevator. Price / quality excellent.
