Jet Hotel

Located close to Turin airport. Clean, comfortable room, albeit that the walls were very thin as the sound carried across from the adjoining room. The breakfast was really good. The hotel had a restaurant and was also located near to Burger King and a bistro so other eating options were available.

You couldn’t cross the road to the airport on foot. The hotel booked a taxi for you but it cost 15 Euros for a 5 minute journey. A curtesy shuttle service could have been offered, especially as there is a train terminal adjacent to the airport. The Wi-Fi also wasn’t very good.

Stylish place. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. There are a couple of restaurants nearby. It looks like the main guests are aircraft crews and tourists

I booked the hotel through booking.com. And tried to contact them through their system. The hotel's staff seems to check messages once or twice a day... if you miss the timing of your message, you will get a reply the next day. Despite the proximity to the airport, it is almost impossible to get there on foot - you need to cross the motorway.

Nicely located relatively close to the airport (no better alternatives can be found). The breakfast was very good and quite varied. The restaurant was ok, too. The room was basic but clean and comfortable.

The shuttle service was overpriced compared to the cost of a normal taxi ride. Odd, particularly considering they use regular taxis for the service. Usually when the hotel has a special agreement for such external services, one expects a lower fare, not a higher one...

Great breakfast, good matress, place itself also really nice

It was almost impossible to reach hotel by foot, despite the fact that it's only 15 minutes away. Better to take taxi, but if you're still want to go by foot follow these steps: Find the way to the train station, we're keep looking for it so long and it was just there are all the car rentals just across main aeroport building, then, from train station find your way outside, google should help after, but the way goes by pretty much high speed road. Then you'll see burger king, continue to the left from it and a little bit further (first you'll see restaurant, you need to pass that). And finally the hotel.

The hotel was presented to a very good standard, the restaurant was extremely good along with the room being clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, especially the receptionist/bartender he couldn’t be more helpful.

Unfortunately I do not drink coffee and there was no tea making facilities. I was kindly given tea bags however needed to use the coffee machine for water, requiring lots of filters and still coffee remnants in the water. Also the lobby bar was disappointing, 2 chairs and a table.

Quiet is an odd word to describe an airport hotel, but quiet it was. Peaceful, even, with a rural outlook. The staff were great, offering very attentive service with no drama. The room and breakfast were good. So Jet checked out as a relaxed way to be close to transport and a quick escape to the Alpes. Good to know: the train doesn't take you to the centre of Turin, so it's a taxi at around 35 Euros.

The walk to the airport is short, but with no path on fast and busy roads, it's dangerous. A taxi is 10 Euros.

Friendly and polite staff, clean room and free parking space outside the building. Room had all the necessary things and an espresso machine with coffee and bottles of water for free. Good option for short visits for work around the airport (caselle) area.

The wall isolation is not good, you can hear almost eveything from the rooms next to you. If you plan to visit Torino everyday, keep in mind that you need to drive 25-30 minutes to get there, depending on the traffic.

The room is small but very nice. The bed was very comfy. Big toilet. Possibility do to the coffee in the room. The free big parking. Location is perfect for people who arrives late or departure in the morning. The hotel is very silent and there is the restaurant opened till 22.30. All staff very nice.

We didn't like the breakfast too much. The choice was big but the quality good be better.

The location is convenient for those who departing early in the morning or late at night. Very good restaurant. Nice people at the front desk.

There is no airport shuttle. You have to pay for transportation to the airport and the charge is overpriced, 5 euros per person for a 2 minute drive. We paid 20 euros for 3 of us and the driver even refused to refund us 5 euros. Outrageous.

Good location near the airport for an early morning flight or late night arrival. However, need to get a taxi to/from airport (better to arrange with hotel). Room was great with big and comfortable bed. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet and staff were very helpful.
