Ideal location on the edge of the town of Cassano Murge; 10 mins walk into town and good location with car park should you wish to explore the local region. (Matera, the caves, beaches all about an hours drive.) we did combination of car hire and taxis . Each room slightly different in design and felt private. comfy beds. lovely pool with plenty of poolside beds . massages etc available. poolside bar and lunches. perfect location for a large family gathering (we were a party of 14). family friendly ; good accessibility ; ground floor rooms, ramps etc.

no tea/coffee in rooms ; vegans struggled a bit. staff friendly but could do with more at busy times. weekend was busy with day passes and a (very well behaved!) hen party.

I stayed in this property more than once: warm welcoming, clean and cosy rooms, a very good restaurant (compliments to the chef!), and a good local wine selection.

The breakfast can be improved: mainly homemade cakes, if you go for breakfast too early the buffet is not completely set up, if you go late it is not refilled and you have a poor choice. They cannot speak English fluently.

Exceptionally kind and helpful staffs. Spacious and very clean rooms. Lovely pool. Well located in a beautiful and calm small town Cassano surrounded by green fields. Big thank you to the amazing young chef Carmella with her super delicious dishes. Another thank you to the pizzaiolo for his amazing pizza. The found the hotel on my hiking route around Bari. Although I came in the afternoon, the staff was kind enough to prepare a meal for me. The room is stylish to reflect the historic caracter of the building. I enjoyed the spa before a deep sleep and a generous breakfast in the morning.

Heated pool (happened to be there during 3days of thunderstorms which cooled off the weather drastically). A bit too cold for my kids. But I imagine normally no need to heat of 30degree weather

The hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are big and clean. Nice pool. Breakfast was little poor but ok (very good coffee!). Kindly staff.

Pillows were not comfortable, but the biggest problem for us was that the curtain doesn't block the light from outside at all. The room gets really bright from sunrise.

Lovely room overlooking the pool with comfy bed. Stone ceiling and sky TV.The staff were super helpful and got us a mechanic as our van was having engine issues which was a great weight off our minds. Didn't stay long so can't comment on restaurant.Would recommend.

Only issue was no door on the shower so the bathroom was very wet

Best place to relax. Tranquil scenery. Excellent food at the restaurant…Comfortable bed (not so the sofa mattress though) quite room facing the pine forest. Everything very polite and friendly.

A coffee machine and a kettle should be added.

The breakfast room is superb with large windows with a view to the green garden environment. Try the Cappuccno, it's a great start in a beautiful day. We got the suite in the 1. floor, which was very quiet with a comfortable mattress.

the pool was a bit cold, and it needs some maintenance, one of the staff members woke us up because she was talking on the phone early Mor in front of our door!!!!!!!
