Beautiful little B&B in Monte Cassino. The property was beautiful surrounded by trees and we'll manicured lawn. Great place to park, safe and quiet. We highly recommend this property. And the owner was lovely to work with.

Big modern room & bathroom. Quiet location. Pool to cool off in in a hot part of Italy - why i booked here. Architecturally designed, stunning, ultra modern, new house
Could not unlock door from inside to leave house at 8 AM because of odd lock Nonna had to open after she found out how to from owners. Cant use pool after 7PM but i got what i wanted out of it. Wifi that did not connect to internet until the children left the pool & went indoors. Breakfast was limited. Nonna had to ask owner how to use coffee machine to make caffe. Check in was combersome as i booked & arrived so soon after that bookings.com had not communicated my booking to owner, so she had no knowledge, & showing her on my cel that i had the confirmation that was not refundable did not mean anything to her. Fortunately her no's were disarmed when the confirmation of booking arrived to her cel. I think theyre still working things out here.

the bathroom was external and not private as mentioned the ac wasn’t well enough the bed wasn’t comfortable at all my back at the morning was really hurt It’s impossible to eat at the room or the pool
