Excellent room, facilities were good and the restaurant food was excellent and very good value. Secure parking and really nice pool. Excellent roof terrace with great views. Manager of the hotel helped us find a lost key which was fantastic, although the receptionist was not as helpful.

Staff a bit hit and miss. Restaurant staff were lovely and helpful, those at the pool not so much. Also, don’t ask for a taxi to the Pompeii, we did and although the metre said 30 euros, the driver charged 40 euros for a ten minute journey. Not so much the hotels fault (although it doesn’t look good on them that they use that particular taxi firm) but more a warning to others. Location is not great but train station is close for Naples and Pompeii.

lovely few days at the hotel, the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was delicious, in fact they do the best pasta dishes out of all that we tried in Naples! Mario and Antonio from the bar on the 4th floor made our evening so pleasant entertaining us with jokes and serving lovely cocktails. facilities are good, the pool area is nice, there is a bar for drinks and food. overall lovely.

It would be good if some sounds proofing improvements made to the room or to the conference room. when there is a wedding the noise of bass and drums you can hear all the way up to the 3rd floor without hearing the actual music (only base and drums, which is like a continuous banging on your head) it didn’t ruin my stay, but that’s something would make the place outstanding for me

The pizzeria outside was beautiful! The roof top bar had the most stunning view of mount Vesuvius and was a lovely setting for sunset. Overall very clean and relaxing and perfectly located to visit Sorrento, Naples and Pompei for day trips via train while still being reasonably priced!

Hotel dei Congressi exceeded our expectations, starting with the entry. Helpful and kind staff. When we opened the blinds, we strongly believed that what we see is a poster: an incredible, fantastic, fabulous view over the sea, city lights, and mighty Vesuvius. A large balcony to enjoy this view each morning, evening, and night. A nice, large room, daily cleaned, with vintage Italian, simple details. Comfy bed. Fluffy towels, and exquisite toiletry. Good breakfast, with a delicious coffee. An excellent enjoyable pool for the hot afternoons, safe for children, with a good pool bar. Fantastic terrasse for evenings with piano play. I highly recommend the restaurant.

We really liked the hotel. The room was big enough for three of us. We really enjoyed the pool and the nice view from the rooftop restaurant. People were friendly and staff very helpful. The location was also good, only 15 minutes walk to train station and 20 minutes to port where you could take the boat to Positano and Capri. I would recommend the hotel to everybody.

Pool was closed a bit early, could be opened a bit longer.

The location and design of the hotel are excellent. The breakfast was good.

The quality of some articles of the breakfast (orange juice) should be improved. The service (attention and professionalism of waiters) should be improved. Some details in the rooms need more maintenance.

Late arrival, greeted, check-in and smoothly to my well maintained and clean room. Although travelling for work over pleasure the facilities and staff made the quick stop over restful. Great breakfast, great staff, comfortable bed, clean.

The Rooftop Lounge and Bar was a great surprise.Excellent vibe and views. A special thanks to the Manager Salvatore who was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was also very nice although it got pretty crowded with kids during the day.

The swimming pool was very nice with a great view but they close too early for a hot summer night

The hotel was expensive and the facilities were a bit old but classy. It has a nice terrace but not much happening there nor service
