The hotel is led by some very enthusiastic ladies who have a good taste in decorating the rooms. I hope the best for thrir future and hotel. It's a perfect spot to stay for holiday or as stating point for tours to Amalficoast, Pompeij snd Naples. Rooms are perfect, spacious and quiet. The view to Vesuvio is amazing. Breakfast is delightful and made with love. Every question was answered and very helpful hints given. Secure parking is available. More than perfect !!!

The car entry is a bit tricky, but if you have taken this challenge, you are fit for city traffic. A chsllenge but mot a pro lem.

There was nothing we didn't like! The rooms were incredibly beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the city, Mount Vesuvius, and Naples. And the staff... they were absolutely amazing! Each member of the staff worked as if they owned the hotel. They greeted us with great smiles and were eager to assist with anything we needed. There was also a wonderful relaxation area with a jacuzzi that offered an amazing view.

The only thing I can write in this section is that the road to the hotel is not very suitable for a large car.

The rooms are very clean and tidy. Good service, they can answer all of your questions. Very welcoming and nice people at the B&B. Also very good breakfast for everone.

If we need to name something, it's the distance to the center. So if you don't want to use your car, you have to take a taxi or walk down. The ladies from the reception will help and advice if needed.

It was an unforgettable vacation. Everything was perfect! Spacious room with a great view. The staff is always in a good mood and does a good job. A cozy garden where you can relax and drink a cup of delicious coffee. Big Chill out zone with an amazing view of Vesuvius. If I could put more stars on Booking, I would put 12.

A beautiful B&B with great views of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples. The property Managers, Lia and Anna, are wonderful - very helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent and the lounge area outside was the perfect place to relax after a busy day spent in Positano and Amalfi. The newly renovated rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.

Usually I never rate the stuff of the hotels I stayed, but the stuff at Relais al Castello was outstanding! Especially Ana who is out of this world! Good soul, very helpful, amazing human being! Lia, too! Very clean, comforable and beautiful rooms! There are just like in booking.com pictures! Very good breakfast! Very nice garden!

The palace is incredible, beautifully renovated and new rooms with working air conditioning and a stunning terrace overlooking Vesuvius and the rest of the bay of Naples. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here!!

The view is beautiful, breath taking scenery of Sunsets and Vesuvius The rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable 👌 Highly recommended. Both receptionists helped us as comfortably as possible and made our stay superb. Thanks also for the person who prepared an early breakfast before we left for the Amalfi Coast.

The staff were exceptional and made the overall experience superb. The location was difficult for taxi driver from Naples to find and the entrance was extremely tight. However, given the quality of facilities and staff - this did not affect us when arriving by public transport.

Everything was mervellous: obvviously the hotel, freshly renoved, with gorgeous and large rooms, giving an atonishing view on Vesuvio bay. And also the kindness of Lia who welcomed and accompanied us all along our stay. Thanks for everything, we highly recommend this hotel !
