The location is good 1:15 hours away from Venice and less than one hour from Sirmione, so a great choice if you have plans to visit many places and need clean comfy place to rest. The decoration was very authentic. Breakfast was great with many options and everything was fresh! The SPA area is nice , swimming pool with Sauna and Steam.

I had two nights, Saturday night was crowded and the SPA was very busy so it was not easy to enjoy it as the other days especially the swimming pool size is not that big. Most of stuff and 2 Ladies at the reception were really friendly and helpful. though one guy seemed to have a Raugh day so was not as friendly as others.

We stayed for 2 nights on our road trip through Italy. Everything was just perfect and much better than we expected. The location is good, a few mins of ride from Verona and 30 mins from Garda Lake. We received a very warm welcome at the reception and the stuff was very kind during our whole stay. Breakfast had a good choice of food and it was fresh and delicious. The swimming pool is small but they make the reservations so it was never crowded. The pool was very clean. The room was very specious and also clean, equipped with everything that we needed. Wifi connection excellent.

We had a family room and a double. Both of the rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool was also very pleasant and a nice size. Breakfast was excellent, with nicely cooked eggs and bacon as well as the cold continental options. We ate in the resturant a couple of night and everybody was very happy with their meals - service was good and food delicious. The location is very convenient for Verona airport and provided us with a base to visit Lake Garda and the Veneto area. The staff were extremely helpful, even retrieving items that had blown from the balcony in onto a flat roof!

The location of the hotel is not particularly interesting but it is close to main roads so this is not a problem if you have a car. There was nothing to criticize about the hotel itself.

The room was quite large and attractive. We did not use the TV. Wifi worked fine although you have make an account and confirm daily. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location is well outside Verona but fine with a car. There are a couple of pizzeria's within walking distance.

Biggest complaint is that we were in a 2nd floor room 8top floor) and we could literally hear our neighbors as if they were sitting in the same room. We were lucky they were responsible people and kept the noise down once they knew we were there. Parking is pretty tight (small spaces and usually full) and you need to basically get out of the car to press a button on the way in and out. Also the shower was not that well designed so it was difficult to keep the floor dry (we were provided extra towels with no questions asked. Finally, no coffee maker in the room. In theory you can get coffee from the restaurant, but we didn't try.

We are super happy with how Villa Malaspina treated us. By mistake we've booked two rooms on a wrong date with no cancellation possibility, but when we contacted them, they agreed to change the dates and receive us on the correct dates at no extra expenses. This is real customer obsession and top customer service.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and warm. I liked the bathroom. The food was delicious and the breakfast was abundant, with a variety. The distance to places of interest was appreciated. Great value for money.

The elevator/ lift had some issues.

Good Staff, Good Breakfast and Location too.Even I was for my official trip but I love quiet area / Place so here it was my nice stay and it’s my 2 nd time.Staff is really Superb.Ready to help you all the time.

i am gym goers here just I missed my Fitness.of course they have swimming pool too but I love gym 😅

We had connected rooms - big, nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. AC worked very well. Lots of parking spaces for cars. Little pool, but it was clean and good for cooling down :) Breakfast also ok.

Nice hotel, the pool was inside, with beds outside. Nice large room, very nice breakfast and very clean. Also nice large parking. Nice location.

The price was more than our other hotels, not enough beds at the pool.
