Easy access by car, train. large private car parking. Reasonable price, especially if you compare to areas closer to the sea. Beach is also comfortably reacheable by car, 12-14 minutes. Cleaning service every day (we stayed for 5 nights).

No airconditionitioning, but we took risk, as we knew this before coming. If you open windows, then motorbikes, cars and trains make quite many noice. If window closed - then no noice, but then quite hot (we were in August). So we needed to ballance - we go to bed with windows closed, then somewhere in the midle of the night (when there is less bikes, cars and trains) we open windows to cool down room.

As other people have mentioned there is a train line a short distance away from the rear of the hotel with fairly frequent trains but it didn’t cause major disruptions for us

The owner and his family were super friendly and showed us great hospitality. The room was clean and neat. Clean towels were available every day and some toiletries, such as shampoo and soap were included. On the property is a parking space for the guests. It’s positioned quite far away from the beach, so you have a view of the Bocca die Magra and the little place in front of you.

The hotel itself is a little old fashioned and ready for a restoration. For the price you pay in this Ligure region, our stay was ok. Check twice if your breakfast is included in the booking confirmation.

A good old-school hotel, great for an overnight, or a few nights stay. 10 minutes by car to the closest beach. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice breakfast and great Italian hosts

No AC in the room, but there is a floor fan that does the job. The furniture is old, but it doesn't affect the comfort you get.

At first impression we were confused. We expected something different. But the longer we stayed we liked it much more. Very clean, nice and helpful staf. Close to Cinqueterra and Pisa.

Close to railway so passing traines make a lot of noise. Drainage problem in the shower

The family was very warm and welcoming. Even though they didn’t speak English very well, they were on their toes all the time to help me with everything I needed at any time of the day and night.

I don’t think there’s anything I can criticize about this property. umm… maybe that their restaurant was not functioning. so like, you gotta get down the street every time you need food.

we found the hotel by case while we were riding back to Belgium. it was exactly what we needed. a warm welcome despite the late arrival time. a clean and comfortable room. a very nice breakfast. perfectly situated.

The price is cheap, the accommodation staff are very enthusiastic, feel very warm, they are happy to help you，The room is very clean, very close to the Cinque Terre

We liked the apartment we stayed in. Also the breakfast in the morning and the staff that was very welcoming.

For a 2 star hotel great. It is well worth the money. Great breakfast, great rooms.
