it is a little gem in a quiet part of town. the restaurant is elegant and comprehensive. rooms were spacious and well suited to a short stay. the staff were very helpful and nice

the parking spaces were too small for modern cars and it’s was difficult getting in and out

As its July having a swimming pool is a huge plus to cool down, in addition the room (zenzero) was very spacey with a living room and separate room - a must for a toddler to have space. It's a 2 minute distance from the old city. There is a good size fridge in case one needs it

15 minute walk from the station and zero cabs and an unreliable bus. Some occasions the staff would ignore me around the pool and at breakfast if I needed something

Very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are cooled very well and nice air conditioning which was very nice as it was 39 degrees during our stay.

the quality of the stay and the price is not balanced. In my opinion way to overpriced for the things you get. The staff don’t speak English or speak English but very poorly. Room was dusty and the cabine of the shower was leaking. Mention it has no effect since they do not understand you. Breakfast is quitte expensive for the thing they have. Also, there was one private party that they didn’t mentioned at the beginning of our stay. So we could sleep because of the music. We have traveled 2 week in Italy and this was our baddest stay of all the accommodations we visit. We stayed here for 4 days. In my opinion, way to overpriced. Wouldn’t return to this place. There are other beautiful places you can visit in this city which are having the same price or are even cheaper.

The Pool and proximity to the train station, lake qnd town centre all huge positives. The food in the hotel was excellent. Cracking place to visit, lovely town. Caught a bit of opera there too in the town hall. Great place.

The location is perfect, as were the staff! A very relaxing place. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we’re absolutely brilliant!

Very pleasant staff and two sweet dogs. Parking right onsite. Large well-appointed room. Breakfast was good. A short walk to visit the castle which is a must-see.

Would have enjoyed some fresh fruit at breakfast.

The place is really nice, although I think summer is the best moment to enjoy the gardens and the external areas. The hotel's even got an al fresco Jacuzzi on the terrace (anche a lovely swimming pool too!).

The breakfast was not that great (as in: not much to choose from), but I think it's due to the fact that November is not a peak season month: we were the only guests staying that night.

Beautiful location, and the staff were just phenomenal

The staff are lovely and the room was comfortable and quiet.

The surrounding residential buildings limited privacy and the locals dogs were occasionally noisy.
